The LCD is an epoxy resin. I'm not sure if polishing will work. If anything, do not use anything with chemical in it.
How did you scratch it? if you don't mind me asking?
Maybe some google searches will yield a way to polish.![]()
I don't know how

You put your $200 PV in your tackle box? Really?!!
I don't know howperhaps when its been in my fishing tackle box ....its not that bad though, just have to be a bit more careful with it, shame its not acrylic coz scratches can be easily polished out. But hey we cant have everything, having the best PV that is made will do me fine. If you decide to bring out a shiny version I will SCREAM ! coz I do like shiny

hmmm... seems a little backwards?
Too funny...
Yep, you can use the ProVari as a level... If you set it on a counter and it rolls... It's not level!
Ken... You weren't supposed to let on that easy... Next thing ya know you'll be spilling the beans about paper weight mode.
You put your $200 PV in your tackle box? Really?!! Seriously though...I am really bad with my cell phones and I swear by this stuff. It is pretty effective on LCD screens. Just go slow and carefully. Amazon.com: NOVUS POLISH #2 Fine Scratch Polish: Home Improvement
Yeah c'mon Kenny, please test this on your Provari!my initial searches come up with the Novus polish as well. Says it's really good for plastics, not sure about epoxy resin. Would be great if someone from Provape could test this to let us know.
Cliffy,
If you do polish it, keep the temperature low, or else it could melt the screen. Depending on the chemical in the polish.
Just from my usage, I found it to be hard to scratch in my daily travels. I work in a shop, so I'm always around things that could damage my PV with ease. But I've had my unit for a few months and still no scratches. Epoxy resin is a little hard to scratch in my opinion.
Good luck with the LCD. Just take it easy if you do try to polish it.
Thanks Kenny will do ...And guys its only a PV![]()
Absolute Heaven. Provari + MAP tank

Since I'm not lucky enough to have a pic like that of my own yet, can you MAP guys answer this for me? Do you need a 1/4" spacer to keep the bottom of the MAP from blocking the draw at the juice well or can you just screw the MAP on directly with no spacer?
.........The two color options that were announced are still in the works. To help clear things up, there are no changes to the device, some people were under the impression that there was a major change in the works, but rather we are just adding to the catalog a chrome and a black ProVari option.
