The OP probably doesn't know that. Plus, the search forum on here doesn't work half the time for me. I find it easier to google the question and this forum comes up with the threads. That's easier for me than the search tool here.

Ultimately, you're paying for better circuitry (high frequency vv chip means truer voltage) and American labor costs. If the Vamo were made in the US it'd be nearly 200 also.
