Sigh. I WAS just getting over my tummy tuck issue before that PICTURE. Jeez thanks a lot. I used to have a stomach like that, darn it. LOL.

I asked the husband how I looked on my totally different dose of thyroid med and he said, "WAY more beautiful." I was like, "It's my harried bit:censored: face, wasn't it. I look CALM." He was like, "Yep."

I suppose I could start a tummy tuck FUND or something 25 bucks a week. I'd be way too old but also, I could think I was doing something.

I will say, learning to keep my abs tight all the time in yoga has made my abs WAY stronger, like VERY much so.

My husband informed me there was a "belt' you could get at some point that you put on when your abs were tight and then it vibrated if you "let go." It sounds like a torture device if you ask me but probably significantly more likely to help than a CORSET and probably the type of thing you have to take off after a few hours here and there, once you start crying.

IDK I could look for that with the henna. Amazon has EVERYTHING right. LOL.

Husband did not inquire as to my pregnancy status this time. I guess he learned his lesson because if he did it again I was gonna STONE COLD FACE tell him I was pregnant and like, hand him a (Faked) pregnancy stick and everything.

LOL I took a quick look and (apart from the corset thingies) I wound up with links to car repair. I really tried some creative searches. I did come across and article that said tying a piece of string around your waist would do the same thing?

Seems like a nice cheap solution, I guess?????

Yeah the cheerleaders are hot. I'd probably watch them all envious instead of the game. Football.... you need breaks.

I was gonna take a tummy pic and post it but like, I AM ALSO NOT A MALE FOOTBALL COACH.

So there's THAT.

LOL I actually have some (the pics) and on reflection I probably need a boob job too? I mean they're only perky because they are SMALL.

I hear if you combine procedures they give you discounts OMG plastic surgery is SO EVIL.

My pics were fine, I decided I was moving on, I bet being a cheerleader sucks all the adolescent ones I meet are either miserable, or horrible, or both.

No there is no test, like, it's just.... IDK what do I ask a COWORKER? Dude that would be a mistake. The husband was honest, the husband said I looked "healthy instead of anorexic but certainly not FAT and your stomach is BETTER." LOL. Every anorexic cell in my body was in revolt.

I ended up talking to my kid, and crying, not about like even my BODY shape just how much it SUCKS getting old and all that. I actually DO look better I'm not all bony it's just my body distortion is like "GAH."

The kid called, and I ended up crying on his shoulder remotely, not EVEN about the fact that my thyroid medication may be fattening me up (which is probably healthy and I *am* getting hit on more actually, it's just the fact that I have NO control over ANY of it, or the meds I take, or CENSORED having TEETH and he was all sweet and empathetic and like suggesting therapy (which is not a bad idea but I refuse to return to Tucson weekly for THERAPY and that would be needed) and finally I was like, "Kiddo I love you and you don't have to solve all my problems for me and believe me many are of my own making and it SUCKS sometimes."

He did not lie. He did not tell me that I did or did not have a fat stomach, he knew perfectly well it was a no win, he just told me I was courageous, and I got through a lot, and I would get through more and he felt AWFUL I felt that way and that he hoped things would get better and I was strong, and would get though it.

That kid was a gift from above, I am telling you. What I did to deserve it I have no idea. He was also like, "We ALL have body image issues that is society." LOL.

He got a raise and another new job interview. I don't know where that kid's going but it's fun finding out.

I also would judge NO one as harshly as I would myself, I KNOW this.

Course, I also know the inner me, but I bet it's not as bad as SOME.

Metabolism envy, is this a thing??? Tonight the wife spoke about my ability to eat anything I want at night and continue to maintain/ loose weight. Admittedly I have been on a daytime fasting binge for quite some time, only fueling for cycling activities, and actually trying to figure out caloric requirements for certain expenditures...I have been riding ten to twenty or more miles per day, and have got the fuel thing pretty dialed in now, but when resting I will eat all kinds of stuff with abandon, because like, I can now...ice cream, chips and dip, whatever, I just seem to burn up whatever I take in at night. I tell ya, you're damned if you do, and damned if you don't...just can't win...

Metabolism envy is DEFIITELY a thing.

The way you are eating E, may be helping it. It's called partial fasting where you only eat between certain hours of the night, and like, some people swear up down and sideways it works. I think it has to do with blood sugar or SOMETHING.

I will say I joined my mother on a diet once called "the Carbohydrates diet" and it worked. You eat protein and only low car veggies and like, then at night for one HOUR you eat EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you want. I had no need to lose weight then but I think I was at my skinniest ever.

I used it again to lose 79 lbs after being forcibly on Depakote for a year. Could have been in part the Depakote but like also potentially the diet because it does seem to WORK.

I was looking at Stairmasters yesterday. I like them, you can watch TV, maybe I need more cardio too, and fitting that in (if I get one) yeh, that will be ALL kinds of fun.

I would try this diet but I'm addicted to Ricolas for my dry mouth. IDK how many calories they have LOL. Hmm 15 but all sugar. That might be enough to count. It seems fairly harmless all in all but I need to be able to talk. Also considering other possible routines. Etc.

That was really pretty actually! Got to love me some good fiddle as a violinist.

The yoga pants... Sigh. The music was great though it really rather was.

I really should figure out how to put on some of my favorite tunes etc. I'm sure youtube would take all my music and mash it up. ANYTHING to cheer me up :)
