I have heard cleaning things can make them "work" better but IDK I'm not always sure I believe it. I mean, my microwave doesn't magically cook foods better, nor does my refrigerator keep things colder, for example.
I suppose it might be fair to say a clean and sparkling refrigerator with some baking powder in it prevents odors from blending or whatever..
But most of what I have in there is sealed?
OMG all this talk about refrigerators is making me WANT and NOT want to clean mine. It has... .it has been a while lemme put it that way. Least favorite appliance (including oven.)
Yesterday went fine I am going to have to keep it this way, because I VERY much believe we are going to have to take our insurance company to court. This means a whole lot of complicated things are going to need to be added like, "emotional pain and suffering" (murderous rage on my part, although the husband cried on the phone yesterday after our "meeting" ) although at least we know they are not going to be remotely" fair" taking our "same or better" clause and quantifying the husband's labor on the dang inside, which sort of requires a master craftsman to even DO because the custom home guys were like, "We cannot possibly duplicate this we have no idea how."
Otherwise, with the size of our claim by the time we are done, we are all going to wind up with three cents. So, we have to prove MALFIECENCE. All I wanted was my money, but they attempted to cut us a check for some paltry amount yesterday. Thank God the lady's like printer didn't work. They have not even TALKED to the demo guys but said they were "experts" and they could "Tell." The meeting was a trap, basically.
Step one: Certified mail and the code book. Find structural engineer, we can't even get PERMITS to do the necessary work. Maybe we can get Pima co to condemn it but I have a feeling it would take forever.
We need a structural engineer, we probably need a lawyer, I know the husband will handle most of it, seriously, but OMG this is gonna SUUUUCK.
I am so done. I bet there are sooooo many families in the same situation or worse. I want a RICO lawyer, honestly. I mean, we'd have to be a test case but insurance companies should not be able to DO this to people.
God. I need a cyanide flavor. Might as well go out in taste, like Socrates.
Like, I told the husband (it was hell and took years) I would support him like I supported him during his disability claim. It sucked, it was expensive, and ultimately we TRIUMPHED sort of.
IDK what's gonna happen on this one, although to be fair I know a hell of a lot more about SSDI than I do about hosing insurance. I was surprised (but pleased) when the judge ruled from the bench. Sigh.
Ugh.
