I feel lucky today. Slight symptom recession and I slept well. I am not gonna enjoy dealing with that freaking STD application, but it's a few hours off, so...

And what are those tanks? Nice set ups visually.

Two doctors called a press conference and gave their opinion on the lock down. and they were against the lock downs.
Not allowed to go against the WHO or CNN
Oh, was that it. Thanks. I saw that vid somewhere else, no thanks to Youtube, and it was very informative. People hopefully will start calming down, or we're deeply screwed.
I go cycling whenever it's not raining, without a mask.
The folks I encounter who are biking or running or walking maskless are friendly and seem happy to see another face.
The masked folks for the most part are clearly panic strickened and don't even look up. Very worrisome.

Hey, what was this which was censored?
Youtube has begun censoring items which disagreed with the WHO, which is pretty weird.
Just wondering if this was part of that or whether there was more censored stuff.
Free speech, gonzo. Welcome to the new world of tyranny.
Welcome to the new world technocratic order...

Just a test post to see if the dang "Upload a File" is still weird. I will attempt to upload a single picture file just like I did last time. Guess I'll see if the forum software adds other pictures and stuff to the post or not. Lumen Sees Totus

Precio RTAs (DB vapes.) They are not only visually appealing they give great vape. I have a black one too. I need a few more (thankfully less than the Danis, IDK depending on prices and accounting for materials. But they aren't 100 dollar tanks. They are however dreamy. LOL.

I wish everyone would get a grip and my temp is 101 right now. Normally I would say that is a sign of lack of lucidity but I am sitting here going "I have been more ill, I am quite certain."

The STUFF I am hearing (on both sides of the fence) is making me feel misery not the stupid virus I have frankly. It's annoying.

NOW we hear about UV rays killing viruses everywhere and some folks are talking about "killing off every virus" by beaming UV light everywhere? I'm sorry but that is A BAD IDEA God only knows what that would do to the overall ecosystem and the first NEW virus would kill us off like flies, having no immunity due to no exposure. Not to mention the SKIN CANCER.

"Killing off all viruses" is what I would expect out of an epidemiologist on crack, or ONE FROM THE PLAGUE TIMES HOLY JESUS.

It all makes trepanning seem rational. I'm sorry, we gonna have to get used to these coronaviruses, and develop some blanket IMMUNITY. GOD. It is making me stabby.

I am going to volunteer Biosphere 2 and ALL the epidemiologists for this experiment, it worked well enough except they needed a bit of air shoved in or water, I forget, but containment did not have to be breached.

They can take their ecospheres and their diaries in there and we will beam UV rays through the facility and see what happens and when it is a blackened steaming crater, the world can thank me later.

JOURNAL DAY ONE: I need to start smoking but they won't give me nicotine. I tried the patch but it made me itchy and I SAID I AM AN EPIDEMIOLOGIST but the told me to f:censored: off."

I swear this virus is making many LOSE they dang MIND. It's terrifying far more so than my fever I have to say. I'm not even CLOSE to fear of death yet. Sheesh.

Oh good grief. The plague killed 50 million people, or 60% of the population of Europe. We've got 50,000 deaths in the US, and I don't have the worldwide number off the top of my head, but...

Kentucky death rate April 29

Carona deaths: 224
Confirmed cases: 4375
Death rate: 0.0512
About 1/2 of 1 percent

And if numbers from some states are correct the actual number of cases are far larger. And Dr Brix has ordered the padding of Corona cause of death. The death rate from Corona is most likely ever lower. For this we lock down?
The response is what would have happened if we didn't lock down. Answer: we would be like Sweden with the exception of the densely populated area like NYC or Detroit.

I don't know that I would look at it by State. Consider New York, the numbers/percentages are much different between NYC and upstate/western NY areas. Rather than by State, I would consider geographic area, mostly by population density.

Many want to get back out and work, etc., but if that individual is coming in contact with a large number of people, as in a urban area, a single individual can do a lot of spreading.

State Governors and State legislatures really should be looking at it in this fashion. The federal government should be supportive with logistics and research.

Population density makes sense to me, I live in a very sparsely populated area. My area is not only sparsely populated but, due to institutional health care distribution, most health related deaths occur in other counties. I think in some odd statistical sense our death rate might be zero as everyone goes elsewhere to die of a disease, that is to more densely populated areas where heath care is more available.

I have been informed, correctly I believe, that for a percentage I need to multiply 0.512 by 100. Our rate is 5.12%.

And the actual cases are highly likely to be much, much more than confirmed cases. Many times more such that the death rate is well below 1%.

Oh, I agree with that Brix has been rather explicit that death certificates should more "inclusive" of Corona.

If we ever learn, those who test positive but are either asymptomatic or mildly so will be much larger. And we have economic carnage for essentially nothing, except in NYC, Detroit and the like.

Nope that is not how it works. Your death is attributed to your home state address. However, even the sparsely populated areas are feeling it a bit now. Everyone was all excited about being at 0 for a long time in Cochise county. I was like "Uh huh just wait."

My mom is sweet, but she needs to get a grip. Goodness. First she wanted me to go to Douglas Hospital (an ironically named restaurant, I presume.) Then, today, when I was like bleugh I feel slightly sicker and she was like, "Make sure to go to a hospital that will give you that anti viral (just released as SO USEFUL by the FDA all hospitals can give it in an emergency," The pilot study was a great success .Or, she said, plasma donation or whatever it's called. Dude, the numbers in AZ who have had it make that so unlikely dude. Somehow it is almost 3 pm. I had my dr visit and like I will go get swabbed today if the husband gets back on time.

I got the pulse ox meter I better stay on top of my inhaler. I am hovering around 96/97 and if it drops to 95 I get a swift trip to the hospital. Dude. I completed my depression screen accurately then when the doctor was like, "Plan?" I was like dude, I don't need plans I KNOW how to do it right, I'm JUST getting accustomed to having those thoughts back but I am NOT going to do that to my spouse, child or family and no I don't want to talk to an IBH provider I AM one and I have no sense of safety in that department thanks all the same.

He was very: "YOU MUST GO TO THE HOSPIAL IF X Y Z." I guess I sound pretty wiped, my mom noticed it.

Oy.

But really I still think I will be fine. Lots of yogic belly breathing!
