To the bank. Bank of America (despite the husband CALLING to find out) will not accept my 30K check made out to me and the contractor and they STOLE the funds. They did not even send our check back they say "it no longer exists" and sent us this stupid scan of it. They say the only way to fix this is for me and the contractor to meet like at the bank and sign it together in front of witnesses. So I am going to Tucson somewhere. Oh, they are also gonna charge us fifty bucks for this privilege. So, I also need a new bank.

But man we cannot lose our contractor he is competent and actually usually doesn't work for insurance companies! Probably due to crap like this. They are all hungry for work I think. So, we gotta do it.

Hope you made an appointment. All our banks are closed otherwise except for drive up tellers.

Good Luck.

I have returned. It WAS a long drive but that part was okay, I am in charge of music when the husband drives my car because it is distracting.

I found a few cute bushes to pee behind and I was not bothered by cops or anything so that was good. We stopped by the house and like I saw it gutted, since I had seen pics of its near completion AND stuff (really not much but a tiny bit) that was DEPRESSING. I mean there was NO floor and floor joists still need to be ripped out and stuff. Ugh. Then I spiked a fever of 104 something so I drank a lot more and took Tylenol. Then we went to the banks. The ones in Tucson are all open but that doesn't mean they don't SUCK. We met our contractor who was very nice man, and the stupid BOA manager was like, "This is a third party check which like, "Can only be processed by his BUISINESS account because he can't sign for his BUSINESS only for himself. I was like, "Um, my name is FIRST upon that check, and I have banked with you for about 15 year and CORPORATE told us to come here." She said we had to go to contractor's bank and like, do it there and I was like "You want us to TAKE this flimsy paper printout from the ATM to SOME OTHER BANK?" I was like not happy when she offered me water and I was like, "Uh, we drove here from Douglas, ma'am you are insane if you think water is gonna make me better."

Anyway I wanted to spit in the water and fling it in her face a bit ,although that would probably have been "assault with a deadly weapon" or whatever, these days. Even though I tested NEGATIVE but for a random virus I have never felt so sick. I took Advil at home ONLY because like, I felt like death, that is the only reason. I am rehydrating cuz I all swole up and I hurt.

I am on the couch grieving my house. In any case, we got home fine. Ugh. So tired. Rehydrating.

I don't think I'm ready for much yet given this may be some random virus I sorta need to, ah, not catch Covid until I am better, I guess.

Yeah, but that's not "art." I'm sorry, it's just not.

Also, why can Pink like NEVER put a top on she is just always in her undergarments dude.

Beating up a bartender to get loaded I can get behind but I stopped there because the song was a) repetitive b) really poorly written c) I can only take so much Pink and d) NOT NOT NOT NOT ART. I stopped the vid after that I was like, "Sweet, I have heard the majority of the song and now she is going to kill something or otherwise interact disturbingly with it, I don't need to watch.

Art requires skill. I have never found Pink particularly skilled in anything so... meh.

Her least offensive offering may well be this one: But it's an anthem to freaking snowflakes so yes, it is deeply disturbing and I DO NOT Understand Pink's need to sing while being tilted an flung around by dudes who are shirtless but that's a whole DIFFERENT issue. This one is like a snowflake ANTHEM although music wise it's kinda dull although at least not deeply offensive (except the words.) "sticks and stones they may break these bones." WHUT.

I am a snowflake's PARENT. I never promised him sh:censored: other than if he worked hard he MIGHT get somewhere. I didn't break any promises, I told the truth and not only THAT I tried to make sure that his scholastic environment was not TOO toxic and I prepared him to LOSE in Ice Hockey and no participation trophies either. I promised I would love him and help him the best *I* could and also I would help when *I* was able to because life is HARD.

So here it is LOL:

The most musically unannanying yet lyrically annoying song in Pink's ah oe'vere of work.

Anna

To help, I one again offer: Depeche Mode in 2013 (Had no idea but I think they are still making music. It's good. Most things about it are good.

This is also lovely. Pretty much picking at random.

Those were really nice. I forgot about music sometime around 2000, or maybe earlier, so lost track of good or bad. I liked those.

LOL for a long time I thought Pink and Gwen Stefani were the same person but they are not.

I agree the music was not that bad in the Propaganda Piece. However, every damn thing she said I "did" in that particular music, I did not. What about all the happy ever afters?

I do not EVER recall sitting him down and telling my son all the 'Happy ever afters." In fact, I held A TON of fish funerals in the backyard with lots of sobbing. While I attempted to cheer him after his grief subsided somewhat, I also did not tell him the fish were in fish heaven because like, I was raised an atheist and I find LACK of religion to be like, a MUCH smaller obstacle to meeting your Creator than a catholic priest who.... Yeah. I never gave him definitive answers about the afterlife although I did have a lot of books he could look at for guidance.

IN FACT I read him the entire freaking Douglas Adams anthology and like part way in, I was like, "OH NO I FORGOT THE ROBOT DIES." Then even further in because I was sort of upset myself, so I blanked it out I was like OH NO I FORGOT DOUGLAS ADAMS killed them ALL off irretrievably and I had to SERIOUSLY mom talk me into NOT white washing the situation. I had to be like, "No, you cannot make life better for your child than it actually IS." Even though I REALLY desired to because I knew the eventual horrific outcome. "Stunned silence. Mom, what just happened?" "Honey, they all ah ,died." "Can they come back?" "I don't think so, honey, it seems like the earth was eradicated permanently in ALL dimensions and the author then died of a heart attack." (SOBBBING.)

Also, I never claimed to "Have all the answers" I told him what I THOUGHT and I told him other people thought differently, and like ,whatnot and he should investigate what to believe.

He is not a "problem" that needs to be solved, he is AWSEOME and he needs to do what he wishes to do, He is not "a billion of beautiful hearts" except in the sense that well, all of our hearts are beautiful, under some layers of ugly which we all have.

And yes, I did LOVE him and even sometimes TRUST him as a teen/young adult, when he was definitely NOT trustworthy I still held to my promise ,"I will pay your jail and for your lawyer ONE time, an if you don't figure it out, it will be MUCH harder." Thankfully the kid may be many layers of things but stupid isn't one of them.

I just took very deep propaganda offense to that song .For a long time I just figured.... Well that's millennials and like snowflakes for you. But Pink HAS to be 40 by now, she should know better.

I equally took offense at Eminem's Trump freestyle. Derivative and really not good and while the guys a fractured genius I don't know that I should take my political positions from BANDS and singers, although folks DO. I know.

So syrupy sweet and kind of catchy propaganda nonetheless, as a middle aged brat who has seen a LOT I say, DO NOT separate the message from the messenger and remember who you are dealing with.

Feel free to ignore all this, I'm quite sure I would.
