I see both in Chrome desktop, which had an update yesterday (see below). You browsing or mobile?
I just tried via mobile Android (not Tapatalk) and it was fine too. Maybe the Chrome update needs to be done? That would be odd but, process of elimination (and all that-there).

DST, twice a year, I see articles and news shorts saying how severely I am going to be both physically and mentally adversely affected by changing time. I can't see YT videos, but I am not sure that is always an adverse effect. I think you are on to something.
