I just got the last item that I was waiting on, this stuff has been rolling in over the last several weeks. The 2 kayfun lite 5 pawns came in from origin vape's, all the insulators 0-rings and plastic tanks were from Creme De Vape. The standard kayfun lite Plus was a gift from @Arnold Ziffle and the Kayfun 5 I got from @newyork13

Thanks Guys :)

I actually ordered a few more of the plastic tanks from Fast Tech, but they still have not shipped yet, but that is Fast Tech for you. I am sure I will get them eventually.

I just got back from the Dominican and still have all of my vape gear. :)

Just a PSA, but as long as you don't have a mod on you going thru security, no problemo. I was actually called down to a room to have 2 of my suitcases searched. My wife's Provari Classic was flagged as it looks like a bomb, I guess. They looked at it and let me go.

No other Provaris spottted at my resort, but I was happy to see a TON of vapers. Mostly Brits. :thumb:

I don't know if this is the best place to ask this question or not, but since the Kabuki thread seems to be dead...

I haven't always done a good job of keeping spare glass separate by source. Does anyone know how to tell the difference between authentic Kabuki glass and FastTech glass?

My experience with FT glass that for the most part is many times it's just a bit too thin, and I get leaks as result. Weeding out the colored glass is easy. However, the clear glass all looks the same to my eye.

Thank you all for the help!

I'm inclined to say, "The FT ones are the ones that leak", but that's probably not what you were looking to hear, huh?

I have had good luck with my FT Kabuki glass tanks and have had no leaks. In any case, the FT tanks as you mention always seem to be a bit thinner. Beyond that, glass looks like glass IMO.

Blow on it. If it cracks then it's Slowtech.
Throw it on concrete as hard as you can. It it cracks, it's..... nah, don't do that. :p

I must say that I have broken more authentic tanks than clone tanks. Just from assembling and disassembling mainly. They are pretty fragile (clear ones anyways). I have had great luck with authentic poly tanks though.

I broke one, and it was a custom Phiniac job, but that was before he introduced the marvelous silicone rings. Since them, easy peasy (for me).
True. Since I bought a bunch of silicone rings from Zen, I haven't broke a single tank except for one I dropped.
