i was just thinking the other day how amazing it is that after Provape closed; in the few following moths, almost all their new devices were sold around the world, you can barely find today any new device,
and people ready to pay for it, even though there is no after sale support and no guaranty anymore.
and that's without mentioning all the second hand market and private persons selling overpriced new devices.
i wonder what other brand (not only in the vaping industry)could testify of the same affection and dedication from their clientele, and get out of business with an empty stock.
maybe Apple which i don't like, but thinking of it, they seem to be a bit like provape;"does less, costs more" ,
and you could also say that about Provape i guess(no real TC,only one button until recently, low watts, poor and untweakble user interface/screen and so on compared to new devices),but it seems longtime users beg to differ.
i got my first Radius quit recently,so i can't really testify.

I don't think that will happen, ( I hope so) I would be happy if someone would just start making the control boards to their specks though. I would buy replacement boards in a heart beat if I could.

KAS
yes,it would nice to have a board and then send it to a modder to put it in a box mod to my liking or even venture into making my own.
It certainly takes the pressure off, yes, a big sigh of relief. I'm not ever going to stop DIYing though, because I started that because I could never find a juice I really liked,
i also can't find find any liquid i like besides that Menthol i've been vaping for like 5 years(same company-french one),so what flavors are you doing yourself?

@RadiusNick , I vape mostly Hangsen and also some Inawera tobacco flavors, most I mix as single flavor recipes and then blend them together playing around with different ones. I also vape flavorless sometimes, especially when using the Carolina Extractives nic base. Nude nic had a Tamarund flavor base and once in a while I'll drip some of that, but fruity, bakery, candy stuff just never appealed to me. I'll also add that I can taste artificial sweeteners in a beverage and to me they taste terrible, I can tell in one slip when I get a diet instead of a regular soft drink, and I'll dump it out rather than drink it.

Inawera also has some shisha flavors that I enjoy from time to time.

A lot of vendor juices have some underlying flavor that turns me off, at least that was my experience 3-1/2 years ago when I made the switch. And I am totally turned off on putting something in my mouth that many others have, even if they do put a protective rubber sleeve on it, them things have a hole in the middle, just saying, I don't do taste bars, so it was way cheaper for me to buy small bottles of flavoring and go through what I liked and what I didn't. The hard part was figuring out what percentages to mix them at, but a bunch of searches through the DIY section, some trial and error, and a little intuition and time playing with them, I find what I mix for myself to be rather enjoyable for me.

i also don't seem to like all this "flavorFULL" liquids;bakery smells mostly like incense to me and the fruits feels chemical.
and do not try liquids at vape shops also for the sanitary reasons you mentioned,so i buy small 10ml bottles to try, but end throwing them.
i do intend on trying some Tobacco flavor liquids from Blacknote as they seem to be good quality stuff.
and if all this doesn't work i guess i'll end up trying DIY,but i really try to avoid adding another occupation to this vaping matter.

how do you trust using Hangsen liquids? you know it's a Chinese company?

I've been vaping Hangsen flavoring a for three and a half years, so I guess I trust them, I haven't grown a toe sticking out of my forehead or anything like that, and I don't cough like I did when I was smoking, so, good enough for me  all kidding aside, they sell a lot of stuff all over the world, and the tobacco flavors are highly recommended by some serious veteran DIYers, I haven't notice anything pop up on the radar about them in any negative way, but you must decide for yourself and research this stuff if you travel down that path. There's plenty of us willing to offer guidance...

I admit that they are a beautiful tank and vary tempting, I never got one because they use a drop in coil. The aspire BVC coils I use in my BB's, are the only ones I buy, and I spend enough on them as it is. I still like my old Kayfun Lite's, easy to build and re-wick, and cost me almost nothing. If I made more money than I do at the moment, I would consider one. I never got the original Nautilus because of the same reason. :|

Yep, beat me to the answer.

I never tried the nautilus BVC coils, I have heard they are good, just never used them. The aspire BVC coils are great in the Billet box, Rev 3 & Rev 4, that is all I have used them in though. :|

I was always tempted by them Billet Boxes, but something...don't know what, just made me stay away. Maybe I missed out on the greatest experience ever, but the way they are marketed always turned me off a bit...

I love my Billet Box's, they fit in a pocket with no tank sticking out the top. I like the original ones a bit more than the new ones, but the Rev 4 is also a very good devise. I have had one for about 2 months now, they use an 18650 battery, with a 60 watt board inside. They have them on Saturdays, and the sales have been lasting longer lately. For out and about they are a great devise. :)

I'm definately not knocking them KAS, I think they are one of the best looking mods ever produced, they look superbly crafted too. Just ...if they had like a real store where there was always stock available, I probably would have grabbed one while looking and pondering. Having stuff sold in "runs" is just not the kind of thing I go in for.

"Stalking Saturdays" used to be a lot of fun for a LOT of us. It became quite an event for many people. Absolutely crazy, and always great for some laughter.

A good way to kick off a weekend, and many of us tuned in event if not actually buying anything.

Days gone by... we vapers bave had SO much to be thankful for, and still do in some ways.

Blackberry thread, for example. [emoji23]
