If you use the beauty ring to try to hide the gap, be very careful about any twisting of the attie, some, myself included have encountered the dreaded locked attie syndrome where the different thread pitches of the 510 connector and the beauty ring create a lock nut type bond with your atomizer.

My solution to the ProVari gap has been to make spacers out of differing thickness materials, so I can snug an attie onto my mods without any gap. Some experimentation required, and they can be easily made with a circle cutter and a paper punch. Good luck! :

Sometimes I will have to use a pare of pliers or Vise-Grips (locking pliers) to hold my coin to losen my P3 connection
I set my Radius on a hard surface so I can push down on the coin while I turn it, so coin doesn't slip out of the slots an scratch or damage the slots.

i didn't think i'll have to cut pieces of stuff to fix a Provape device.

here are pics,but as i said;it sits flush with 510 adapter but not with the outer ring, so it's not a tank 510pin length issue.View attachment 640547 View attachment 640549

The Cabernet Red Radius has an Aspire Triton v2 & Midnight Blue has an SMOK Spirals Tank, both tanks sit flush.
The two pieces of the P3 connection is the inner 510 threaded part and the outer ring.
The inner 510 has to be put on first. Once this piece is screwed in, you should be able to lay the outer ring on top of your Radius next to the 510 threaded piece and they should be the same height.

If they are not the same height, then I would guess your 510 piece is not screwed in the whole way.
If they are flush then it's probably the tanks.

Looking at your pictures and then my picture, I'm thinking your 510 piece is not screwing down the whole way.

If it was me
I'd make sure all threads are spotless.
Make sure the area around the brass pin is also spotless.
The smallest speck of dust might block it from screwing down the whole way.
Looks like you only need to go down one more thread.
So I would put a drop of Olive oil on the threads for lubricant and I would hold my coin with pliers for more leverage and screw it in as tight as I could, then loosen it. Tight & loose, tight & loose, see if I could force it to thread down.
Lay outer ring next to it to see if it went further down.
But that's just me

My relashionship with Provape is strange. I love them and hate them same time. Love them for their great mods and pure plaseure they gave me but hate them for bad impact on my wallet.

I was back and forth for almost a month and decide that enough is enough. But then I saw that there are only 7 Radiuses left on Provari Fuel and that was it, I have ordered (sort of) my definetly last Provape device and first box mod ever even though I don't like them and said numerous time I will never take one. But Radius is beautiful and it is from Provape.

@RadiusNick I agree with Fringe. Try cleaning (maybe even with a toothbrush), flipping it over, screwing on & off several time - everything you can think of before you start sanding or cutting! I have had variations with tank attachment fittings, but never with any of my ProVape products, of which I have several going back years. I don't want to see you damage something unnecessarily.

I would not sand down the 510 piece.
I'd bet it's the threading on the Radius itself that has the problem.
It probably has a burr in it that's to small to see with the human eye.

I owned tube mods my entire vape career. Had no interest in a box mod. With ProVape near closing I picked up a red/bronze Radius. Haven't used my P2, 2.5, or 3 since.

i tried screwing it more but nothing,and i don't want to force it and risk damaging stuff.
i think i'll order some spares,if it fixes the issue great,if not i'll call it Good enough.
and as i was looking with a loupe i saw a small dent on the 510 pin and the red o-ring around it was a bit cracked(i hope it's an easy fix to replace the o-ring if needed)so i'll just stop looking for issues and use it as it is.

For my taste that one is looking best. Too bad I didn't catch one. I will visit few workshops in attemp to find out if it's possible to do brozneplate on SS. When silverplate and goldplate can be done, I don't see why bronzeplate can't.
