never tried Muji, got some KGD like five years ago and have stuck to using it. I use needle nose tweezers to pick out any black specks, not a big deal, I usually cut it crosswise to the length I need and split it in half, then use the tweezers to pull the inside fibers away from the matted face. It takes a little practice at first, but I find it very easy to work with.

Very similar to what I do with Muji. I don't mess with the black specks though, unless they would fall within or right at the coil. Looks like I'll stick with what I have for now. The chemical taste in the Rayon continues to dissipate ... either that or it's killed my taste buds LOL. Thanks E.

Wicking in the Dvarw. I'm trying Cotton Bacon 2, Muji and Rayon (Graham Beauty)
Currently running Rayon. Was the last one to try.

Rayon wicks best but I like the taste least (chemical taste)
Cotton Bacon wicks almost as good as Rayon and tastes less obnoxious but I still find a hint of "chemical" for some reason.
Muji doesn't wick as well as Cotton Bacon but I like the taste best (more organic and not chemical in any way).

I'll give Rayon a few hours. If the taste doesn't improve at least after a refill ... back to cotton. And if I'm stuck on cotton, think I'll order some Koh Gen Do to try ... but don't know how much difference it will have over Muji.

I'm not the most discerning vaper, but I've seen no difference (KDG/Muji).

I have one of the older Calix atty's and they are good. The one I have has the posts on the out side rather than on top like the newer ones are. That was really my only complaint about it. If I compare it to my kayfuns tho, I would put the calix in 2nd place. I don't have the one with the P3 connector though.
