That I'm not so sure about. There was/is at least one vendor I know of who posted in regular forums, he just didn't solicit business.

Just because one gets away with it doesn't mean there aren't rules against said behavior, I just was stating what I seemed to recall from reading the rules section, my memory isn't what it used to be though :shrug:
