You all are reminding me I need to pick up some moonshine..
I'm thinking of making a pina colada (and yes, with moonshine and not rum.. sacrilege I know.. lol) but I cannot do it without some alcohol, and keeping moonshine in the house for medicinal purposes is important.. this winter did us in for our medicine supply though..
You all need to remind me it sounds good BEFORE I leave the house and not after! Otherwise it will be winter before I remember to get any, and ill never get that pina colada (although hubby says it's quite doubtful I can call it a pina colada if I use moonshine in it.. lol)

A question about the radius Firmware i need to confirm before it's too late;
my 60w device came with the ver3 inside,and i 'upgraded' it to the 40cc.
i'm not sure what changed since i wasn't familiar with the menu when i did the upgrade,but i think it added the temp control and the possibility for the led to light up when charging.
am i right?or did i downgrade the device to some version meant for the 40w radius?
nvm the picture idk how to delete it.

what i wanted to know was if the 40cc was the latest firmware upgrade for both 40&60w radius device,or should i have stayed with the ver3.
I think that the 40cc was only for the 40 watt radius, I think that you can undo the update.
Are you sure it installed, I would think that it wouldn't have been able to install on the 60 watt.

Did that make sense

If one has Version 3 how would one know if they have coil control?
I never updated anything on my radius's, and I really don't have any interest in coil control or temp control.

Open menu and check version under INFO it should say 40cc
If you have cc, soon as you open menu the first option should say Watts then next to that is these wavy lines. Click the wavy lines to turn on cc.
I updated mine to version 3 first, then after it was done, I unplugged it from programmer program and checked the version in the menu options and then plugged it back in and then updated it to 40cc.
But I'm just weird like that
I'm seeing "03 VER" under Info. Not seeing any wavy lines on menu though. Not that I would ever use CC but it can't hurt to have the software. Guess I need to look at doing that. I have the 60w Radius.Open menu and check version under INFO it should say 40cc
