I bought some 6 mg PurNic eliquid from Nicotine River.
They had 100% pg or vg or a 50/50 mix.
I got the mix.
Not sure why you would buy 100%.
What are the pros and cons of pg and vg.
I know there are articles about the diff but I want to hear from users.
100% of one so you can add the other according to preference. Pros and cons of PG and VG - personal preference, how it performs, tastes etc. etc. I prefer 70/30 - 80/20. If you ask me why, it's because I've been vaping for 6 years and that's what I've learned I prefer, how it works with my BVC coils and Kabuki. Besides, I can't afford to get pneumonia and PG is a germicide.

But, why did you need to replace it? Was it cracked, broken, discolored?
Mine look a bit more squashed than I remember when new. But, that could be my imagination, and it's firing as well as ever.
Umm, well, good question. Something I did to it caused it to get a rip (crack, tear) in it. It was a long time ago so I don't really remember. I think I was trying to inspect underneath it to see what looked it liked where the pin came out and I tore it with that damn o ring tool.

Is that 80pg 20vg? These days most of the places say that would mean 80vg and 20pg. Grrr.

Hard to find higher PG liquids these days in pre-mades.

I bought PG for my nic base as it's so easy to get VG in small quantities at local places like Rite Aid and such....when I get around to doing DIY again.

I'll do 50/50 in a pinch, but I prefer more PG. Similar to coldgin, I've been vaping quite awhile and personally can't vape all VG -- can't stand the way it tends to coat my throat and I too became a vapor before "100%" vg became an item, though I have most certainly enjoyed some VG in my liquid.

We used to say PG for flavor and VG for plume....or something like that.

Damn...five years without a cigarette... Whodahthunk that was ever possible for a die hard going to die by my my own hand smoker like me? Amazing stuff this vaping thing... It got under my skin deep and changed my whole world and the way I look at things. I wasn't looking to quit the cigs when I tried vaping , it was just to placate my wife who kept nagging me to at least try it out and see if it helped, well, I guess it did help, cause I started puffing on that Ego battery and T3s clearo and I never looked back...eff you tobacco companies and government lackeys...never another skinny thin dime from my hands into your coffers for what things made me a cougher

I can't improve on what's already been said, but suffice it to say that you're one our anchors (that keep us coming back). An accomplishment to be proud of, for sure, and one big addition to your list of those.

, you.

I'm with Gin. I only buy nic at 100% PG. I can add any VG I want later, and it "goops" up less when freezing it for storage. That plus... >>>

Preeeeeeeecisely! :D

PG for flavor and throat hit, VG for klouds. The formers are my pleasure, and the latter merely a result (for me).

UP in the diner ~~~
* Home Slice *
Chicken and Mushroom Gravy with Garlic Roasted Green Beans ... Elegant flavors of mushroom, enriched by cream and sherry wine, enrobe the chicken with something both special and comforting. Rosemary Garnish (i remember her). Home-style isn't just a branding word, but a feeling, a feeling I think is captured nicely here. Bon Appetit
