If the regs are ineffective then, first, write more onerous regs and, second, give the agency more and more money. It's the stateists way of fixing everything, more power, more money..

Loved the sound enough on this (the live version on Moonflower album) that I sought out and acquired the same model guitar...and covered this song as a staple in a couple different bar bands...
