I am spending the day unsticking all the windows that someone painted shut.
Sounds more exciting than my day yesterday. I cleaned all the crap out of the garage door rails and lubed the garage door.

Lesson for the Day: No need to put grease in the rails!! Just makes it worse. Gets cruded up and gets in the roller bearings and kills the rollers. :)

WD40 is the worst thing you can use for lubing garage door parts. Here, this guy explains it in the first minute or two. WD40 would be good to clean the crap out of your rails because it is a grease cutter. I happened to use Gunk engine cleaner because I have a can on hand that I never/rarely use. White lithium grease (in a spray can) is the stuff to use to lube with (and NOT in the rails). For those who haven't lubed their garage doors in a long time will notice a big difference in how much quieter it is...not to mention to greatly extend the life of the thing. And if you have a small opener it will put less stress on that thing too.

ProVarinati Diner & Saloon and Beyond. The garage door stuff (along with most things discussed on this thread) would fall under the "Beyond" section. :) I remember convincing Sir Rod to add the "Beyond" terminology in his thread title...the thread iteration prior to this one. And Willy Z appropriately kept it in this thread..

I am glad for the Beyond, I have learned a lot of useful stuff.
I often thought about starting a, "How To Fix Stuff" thread. I see many tips/instructions posts on this (stuff not related to vape gear). Perhaps collecting them in one spot would be useful. Stay tuned. :)

Happy Papa's day. A how to fix stuff thread would be neat.

I would encourage a small section on how to find a "fixer" you can trust. LOL.

Happy father's day. My back feels better. The husband is readying himself to leave. I also got to go to Walmart.

I am so glad he was around this week....

The Thread's gonna be cool!! Swarmed by questions.

If you have legalish/Social Work questions, I am your gal. "How do I fix my SSDI I claim?" "How do I handle a difficult separation, while getting child support?" Etc. That type of fixing.

LOL it may not seem like it at the MOMENT but like, IDK I am usually pretty competent. I'm off to that thread RIGHT now. LOL. I got a question.

    Noooo!!!!

The "Beyond" is my favorite part! :)
Except I don’t like repeating stuff on multiple threads. Especially on these puny phones. :)

I’ll just link it. And I’m not planning on being the only one “fixing” stuff. I know BK will help but there needs to be more. :)
