Killed a bat @ 0416 last night. Was flying low in the strike zone before he landed on the floor and was crawling around. He was crawling on the furnace vent where it is against the wall on the floor. I held it with a badminton racket while Jackie got the bat knife. I stuck the blade all the way through him, through the crevice where the vent meets the wall. Jackie ran into the dining room when it was flying around. Steel sat up on the couch watching it fly around but did not run away. Kind of funny. Jackie grabbed Steel so he would not go after it. While impaling the bat, Steel ran up to see what was happening but there was not enough room to get to it. He is kind of interested in the blood that is left there.

Not from my readings. Perhaps I was prohibited from seeing .... stuff by my former making fun of Obama search on my new browser.
In the back hole.... (I redacted the rest of this post, I found it interesting but it probably led me no where good.)

I'm feeling oddly calm this morning and not that tired either. Maybe my liver is finally getting used to the valium. That would be The Best.
It could be a fluke. My severe back pain woke me up. There is something off about our new mattress somehow. I never really liked it that much (it's full on memory foam and I need coils) but when the husband is here, well he's extremely dense. I always wake up with my back hurting. I think he deforms it somehow like, when he's gone I can surf on top of it, but not so with the dense thing right next to me.
I did not put this in the "How to Fix Stuff" thread (you are welcome @Bronze, LOL.)
Maybe I should.....
