Remember when ProVari was releasing all those battery management updates?

Well, I don’t know how they’re working for all you all but they are killing it here.

I can leave these suckers just sitting for a month and still have full batteries.

And these are, by no means, new batteries.

Love that.

I’m a new multi Provari owner and I never remember to turn them off and the batteries seem to be as full as the day I put them in. I use them in a rotation but even still. They’re brand new and have never been used except for the stealth Procyon which was only used a few times. The stealth P3 runs so smoothly. I really like the P3s and the 2 Procyons I have. The other is gold and very shiny!!

I don’t know about the battery management updates but however it’s set up it’s working.

The only mod I haven’t used is the mini which I’m thinking of selling. And maybe the 2.5s Not sure I can get used to vaping at such high ohms.

But they’re beautiful mods. Probably be collectors items once vaping is outlawed in the country eventually.

No Dicodes? ;)

The Dicodes will still be around, I don't think the Billet box's will be around next May, so I am wanting to stock up on some Rev 4's. The REO's will no longer be around in just a few weeks, I just wanted another P67, it is my favorite one. :|

I miss mom.

She was a hoot.

She never smoked.

She never drove (being about 4’8”, although swore up and down she was 4’11”).

She liked a drink with her shows, or a game of solitaire, in latter years.

She always kept a hatchet close by.

Just in case.

Made it to 95.

She was ...... off they wouldn’t let her out of the hospital towards the end.

What a sweetie too.

My brother was the oldest so he had to drive us to all the lessons: music, sport etc.

He made up for it by driving ON PURPOSE really terrifyingly and lurchingly and he played Guns N Roses, really loud, the ENTIRE time. Me and my sis would roll around the car (yes we had seatbelts on) trying to quietly debate whether telling our parents would mean a full on frontal accident on his part later.

To this day Axel Rose or whatever (if I am spelling it wrong it's probably thinking about car axels and what he did to OURS. OMG. LOL. He was such a turd, and he totally still is. Less so, but BAD.

I am glad I bought a Jaq I think it's ugly but I plan to skin it, probably.

Also my next purchase of largeness (I have accepted there may be another) will probably be another 21700 Dani AND the damn charging plate because I should HAVE it, fact, if anyone can strip those threads, it will be me.

so i bought some black 3.0 paint. it's the blackest black in the world and absorbs 99% of light. well i had to paint something sooo i painted a couple of mods. a jac mod b and a provari mini. the minis finish is quite a bit darker and more durable than my early one. i bought it at the end close outs and am thinking the had some triple black tubes to use up.

on the mini i just painted the middle to see the difference in color. the paint is very thick and has little pieces of pigment in it. i thinned it out with water and it made it easier but still gritty. it's acrylic so i'm not expecting it to wear well but will be easy to get off my mini. i'll contact the company and see what they say about the lack of smoothness of this artist paint.

So last weekend the wife switched us over to Galaxy smart phones with T-mobile...I went from a tiny dumb phone, very Blackberryesque, to this HUGE black mirror...it's cool and all, but man these phones got big!

Sooo, I loaded an app, Strava, it tracks activities like cycling, running etc. Pretty cool, I have found that my average speed is around 16 + or - MPH while riding, and my max speeds on the flats is just shy of 30 mph...pretty much where I thought I was using an old wind up stop watch and measured distances with timed runs, but so much easier with the app.

I can hardly wait to go to the hilly section and do a propper hill bombing session and see what kind of speeds I hit :) Also will be helpful when riding in places without mile markers...yeah, I'm still cycling a lot, and looking forward to cooler weather for some longer rides.

Hi Ho All...

Have a DPL Kind of Weekend, and Holiday!!!

I just learned not long ago that Geddy's parents are holocaust survivors. Both his mom and dad were in concentration camps. That's how they met. Then his dad was sent off to (I believe it was Auschwitz) and they were separated for some time. It was by chance they found each other after they were liberated. They eventually married.
