I always knew you were a disco guy.

I do not recall that.

HOW embarrassing!!!!!!! :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

My stepdaughter found this somehow, somewhere, and scanned it. I still haven't lived it down (from the kids), and it was two or three decades ago.

I am impressed. That is the absolute height of disco couture and style. I kneel before you in awe. Be not embarrassed, simply remember that once you were a TITAN.

(yes, I was very familiar with that scene at the time)

deserving of a second parenthetical comment: (Are the couple at that marriage still together?)

I had to think about that one, GG. It was actually a Senior Prom (not mine). I do recall is was Class of '80 though.

As a DJ or a bouncer? ;)

Hey! Money's money. I'm not proud.

LOL.
Since there's only one person in the pic, I guess they are still together.

And a happy couple too.

There's probably one couple from that night who made it this far. Maybe. ;)

Didn't consider a groomsman situation?

It wouldn't be so bad if someone else had picked that tux out for me, but I've nobody to blame but my own dang self.:oops:

I was 17. At the height of disco’s popularity. I stocked the bar. Booze, beer, wine, glasses, snacks, etc.

Wow, if you guys were 17 at the height of disco, you were really young and I am really old. I was 30, working as a bartender at a disco and having the time of my life in '81.

I was 20 and probably trying to get your attention at the bar (legal age was 18 back then, at least around here). :)

I think I had fun. I do not recall... ;)

If I were a bettin' man and if I diligently read your posts on here, I would bet you have fun most places you find yourself.

You have around 10 years over me, but back then I was a dedicated Rock N Roller, I hated the disco era. I was really into the 60's and early 70's music. :|

I just got out my calculator, in '81 I was thirty-six, the oldest "kid" in my graduating law school class, swilling pitchers of cheap beer on Fridays at Two Keys, studiously avoiding disco and vigorously pursuing the future Mrs CMD. I remember it all except Friday afternoons, I am told that I enjoyed it.

The height of disco where I lived was in 1977. I was actually 18.
