I see a commercial where tons of dead smokers are coming out of their graves and trying E-Cigs then pan in on them looking at it in admiration, wonder and a bit of longing and jealousy. At the bottom of the screen have it say something to the effect of how many lives COULD have been saved IF these had been available back when they were alive....or you could carry it further having the "zombies" going around and spreading the word to smokers buying tobacco cigarettes....
