Anyone use this? I got a generic cord that cuts the output by half or more - will the "official" extension keep the power up?

Shame on my brain Jon. I don't have any info about extension cords for the PT, but I do have a PT that I use on an el cheepo USB powered hub. Works great for me. I don't connect it to my computer.
When I saw your post, my mouth dropped and my eyes bugged out. I'm always fighting what feels like a boa constrictor trying to keep my PT cord under control. So my brain showed me a picture of your arms being like Popeye's and my nosy nature is running wild trying to figure out just how long you will attempt to get this extension cord in the long run. I'm thinking that the next step in vaping might be a centralized unit like they build in high end homes for central vacuum cleaning.

Our PT extension cords are 20 AWG power so you will see ZERO performance loss when using it with our PT ... I used the PT with extension cord hooked up my PS3 (this is back when I was testing an 8 footer .... So all in all -- 18 ft. from PS3 USB Plug to mouth with no performance loss

Ya know me too well Steve, as that is the exact configuration I'll be working with. Time to order up!
Well, got the extension today and it works FANTASTIC. No noticable power loss. If anyone is in the same boat as I was, this cord does the trick!
