If the FDA wins in court a few more laws hit the books and you find yourself in a position to start enforcement against private citizens for having an electronic cigarette what will you do? How will it make you feel?

Trust me, that is not the only law that I would not want to enforce. Laws that the State of Texas tell me to enforce will be enforced. I understand that this may not sit well with most people, hell, its even hard to spit out. But, until you come in contact with a man whom just sexually assaulted the neighboors 8mth old girl, he decideds to get into a fight with you, you place him into handcuffs, take him to jail, and the mother of the child asks you will he be back and you can say no....

I save a word for certain people. I dont use it very often. Its not profanity nor a racist remark. EVIL. With what I have seen on the streets (mind you we havent even touched war), To be able to help my community, my family, and my friends by making their nights easier to sleep because I have put said EVIL person in jail for 20-30 years...

Yes, I would enforce that law.

I have started a group for Police/EMS/Fire. I wanted to offer my services to the community. I work in TX and know TX Law and decent Supreme Court Criminal Law. If anyone has questions as to Law Enforcement, I can give a educated guess. The information given is not legal advise, and when in doubt, contact a lawyer.
