If it doesn't reset when the batteries are pulled, it's probably deep in some submenu somewhere. If you aren't able to find it, perhaps watch a review/demo or two of your device, one of the reviewers may demo how to reset it.

I’ve done it ty even shop said it don’t reset but I worked it out x

I had to go into settings went to Subpara clicked it clicked on puff then at the bottom you have 2 little buttons kept finger pressed down on the right one and it re set to zero x
