Purchased my first online juice (what next)

So hello new to the forum and have been reading a lot the last few months, analog free for a couple months, I own an ss bolt and an ss smock tech vmax 4 with Titan tank and dcv tank by smoktech.

i bought my first online juice tonight from halo ( midnight apple ).
Looking for a couple more not sure seller but maybe a blueberry and a nice tobacco. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

First, welcome to the forum Royaldrunker!! Sounds like you're already on your way with vaping. Congrats. I exclusively vape Backwoods Brew (BWB) Casablanca mixed with BWB Backo, and have done so for well over a year. So, I really can't make a variety of recommendations for you. Check out some of the e-liquid reviews on this forum, though. Many people have tried many juices. I just happened to find what I liked early on, and have stuck with it. Good luck.

For tobacco, I'm really high on Ahlusion's Blue Grass Burley--very rich and complex. The company also has Devil Dog!, which is a much stronger tobacco, also very good but too strong for an all-day vape for me.

I've had positive experiences with Heather's Heavenly Vapes and Backwoods Brew too. I have several bottles from Orb Vapor that are steeping at the moment. I can't speak for the the taste, but the packaging and presentation is second only to Ahlusion in my experience.

Welcome to the Forum, Royal! I am a bit biased, but I LOVE the Tobacco juices from Heather's Heavenly Vapes. There is a good thread rolling here on the forum that has many experienced people that can direct you the the best possible choices for yourself. I don't really like non-tobacco juices, but HHV Blueberry is spot on. They also have a couple more berry juices that are worth a try...Black and Blue and Crackberry. As for the tobacco, there are at least 14 tobacco based juices on the HHV menu. Taste is subjective so again, I recommend the above mentioned thread if you are interested in trying HHV.

I'm going to check these out and a few more... I don't want to go to crazy with a multitude of juices in my arsenal, maybe another 2 or 3 more in addition to the midnight apple.

My only question before I hit checkout is the ratio pg vg or vg to pg I think 70-30 and 18-24 mg nic

Any help on ratio would be appreciated

I have been vaping 60/40 pg vg and noticed I got headaches from vapin 24mg to much

So I lowered it to 18

Yep that'll do that. In my opinion, 24mg is a ridiculous amount of nicotine. I vape around 11/12mg juice and when I need a monster throat hit, I take out the 18mg juice for a couple puffs out of the ol' atomizer. I keep a bottle of flavorless 18mg PG around too. Now, when picking your ratios, you'll want to keep in mind that VG gives the best vapor production, but PG gives the best throat hit. Most members like around 20/30 pg/vg or 30/70 pg/vg for the perfect ballence of throat hit and vapor production.

Are you staying hydrated? Vaping dehydrates a lot of people faster than smoking tobacco.

I am starting to drink more water when I vape

I stuck with 60/40 pg-vg from Hhv
And my first order from halo midnight apple was 70/30 vg/pg I believe

Also, maybe try a blueberry from rawr and get a lil bit if menthol added...i am always surprised at how well menthol goes with fruit...it really enhances it...and I was NOT a menthol smoker. I get smallest amount possible when I add menthol. Personal preference, but a little goes a long way

Excellent! I think you will enjoy them very much and think you will be pleaded to know that you have just purchased some of the very best ejuices out there I also think you will want to order larger bottles...immediately

Gandalf, imo, does need about one week of steeping before it really starts to turn into something magical...but it really does become truly awesome.
