pure nicotine??

How would this be diluted down to mg/ml??? Example: 30ml of the 99% pure to say 36mg/ml or whatever.....

I haven't work with any Nicotine over 10% 100mg/ml. IMO without proper Equipment you would be foolish to use that strength.

I would say even 100mg deserves an EXTREME amount of respect and care. This stuff is NO JOKE.

I'm closing out this thread.

You should NEVER be handling nicotine over 100mg, and even that should be used only if you are experienced with DIY and still using the utmost caution.

I'd advise you to get rid of this in some safe and legal fashion immediately.
