OK, I know Steve and crew are busy....most people understand that, some are irrational. Last time I moved it took me a week, and it was ten miles away, and I wasn't running a business. I can't believe people cry about the small things, and after bi*ching and trying to publicly insult these business owners......Steve still makes things right, and remains composed. I hope being disrespectful makes these people feel like a "big man". They sure do look like fools. Whenever I have seen a problem it was a mistake, or misunderstanding which was corrected in one way or another. I've never seen someone stiffed, or ignored by puresmoker. He makes things right even after people make a complete jerk of themselves. I'm not a fanboy, I just appreciate a company I can trust in. Yes, I get worried when I'm shaking my Riskee like a ketchup bottle, but there will be more. I'm glad that someone has such a great reputation, and quality product that they actually CAN sell out. I'm glad someone can keep a business going in these economic times so they can put food on the table, and support their family. Show a little pure respect.

HOO YAH and Amen to that.

Picture yourself for a moment running a business based on products that are on the verge of being outlawed.. We may be worried about getting that additional bottle of juice, but Steve's got a fam to support based on this business and the availability of suppliers, shipments, etc. The guy's got dogs to feed, ya know?

I salute all the suppliers (esp PS) that offer the availability of these products to the US, for however long we will be able to buy them!

Thanks for the kind words, guys. It's truly a breath of fresh air, and posts like these are what keep us going. It's always nice to know that even with all the bashing we've received over the past weeks since the move, there are still some people out there who support us and believe in us. Thanks from all of us here at PS!

Am sure there are a lot more than "some" who do support you. and after the patience and composure you showed in dealing with the posters who crossed the line you've definitely earned my respect, and am pretty sure am not alone on that sentiment. Keep up the good work Steve and crew! :thumb:

Okay, I'll climb aboard the PS Love Train... I won't say I haven't seen a couple of bumps in the.... errr... support tracks, but I will say that at the uh, end of the line, they've... ummmm... well, they've gotten to the station on time. Yeah, that works...

Looking forward to end of the tunnel of demand overwhelmingly outpacing supply, but in the meantime, you guys are clearly doing the best job you can, and doing it a lot better than I or many others would have.

So, thanks for all of your efforts and dedication...
