I haven't considered a Red Velvet because other than cocoa and cream cheese, it's good because of the buttermilk, butter, and sugar. Which isn't a bad thing, but buttery flavor requires diacetyl and I'm not going to be using it in any future recipes. And then it would turn out more like Chocolate Cheesecake than Red Velvet Cake.I just got my first order, which was very small as I just wanted to try it out...OMG, your juices are fantastic!! I didn't wait for them to age at all, just got right to it and they really don't need any waiting period, they are great right out of the mailbox. I ordered safe ones, french vanilla ice cream and cappuccino, but I just went back on the site and ordered 5 more bottles of different flavors. I also love the full disclosure on ingredients.
