Sorry to hear that Star. I feel your pain as I sit here vaping a brand new Puresmoker Passthru, wishing I could get my 100 dollar Prodigy, that is still under warranty, fixed. Sigh, it isn't gonna happen me thinks, so the posts continue. I am now in the process of setting up a website just for these complaints against PS. I have several people msg me, and there is even talk of a class action. I know this is only about 100 bucks, but it is 100 bucks I don't have to spare in this economy. I will not let them get away with this, I have more time than money these days.

"I'm showing in our records that we already replaced pieces damaged due to cross threading once, and our warranty does not cover more than one instance of user error."

These are Casey's exact words. Now once she reviewed the records and found out that I did NOT have repairs done, she then went on to say, user error is NOT covered, period. Now someone tell me, would you be happy?

P.s. I did not post any emails, I simply typed in what was said to me by ps. I do have the emails though.

I don't care if they want to or not, that is not the point. Stand by your product, honor the original warranty. Or how bout fix my one time "user error" as they have for others? They can change the warranty all they want after the fact, it was not as it is now when I purchased. Of course noone wants to spend money to fix things, but it is their design, their product, and I am the customer. A longtime one at that. Why is MY problem not as important as others?

Let me make this clear, I did NOT damage the unit. It has problems with crossthreading, ask a few Prodigy Version 1 owners. Hell, ask Steve himself. I build PC's, I play guitar, I am very good with my hands, which are small. I took care of it as well as I do anything I own, it was just a matter of time. It isn't the easiest endcap to put back on in the first place because of the tension etc. That and the threads being aluminum, is a recipe for crossthreading. Now, Steve has spoken, and he is taking care of my issue, which is all I ever wanted. so this thread can be closed if a mod so pleases. Thank you all for listening.
