@hittman,the flavors you sent me should be here tomorrow if the storm doesn't interfere. Thank you so much again and I'll be mixing that NY Cheesecake right up!!......and the others too....
As promised, a couple of cheesecake recipes I've made & enjoy. Keep in mind, the Purilum flavorings are still new to me & they are works in progress likely get some adjustments over time. I would like to have a more syrupy, jammy quality to the fruits than they currently have. I have a couple samples aging that incorporate some Cream Cheese Icing (LA) & Marshmallow (PUR) to create a jammy/syrup effect, so we'll see...
NY Cheesecake (PUR) 5%
Cheesecake Graham (PUR) 3%
Butter Pecan Praline Ice Cream (PUR) 2.5%
Salted Caramel (FW) 1%
Caramel (CAP) .5%
Sweetener (TFA) 1% (optional)
NY Cheesecake (PUR) 5%
Cheesecake Graham (PUR) 3%
Blueberry Extra (TFA) 3%
Boysenberry Preserves(PUR) 1.5%
Sweetener (TFA) 1% (optional)

Strawberry Ripe (TPA) 2%
Strawberry Shisha (INW) 1%

I've tried these with & without sweetener and although I prefer them with, it's totally up to your taste buds. You could likely incorporate any flavoring you like into this base @ about 25 - 50% and have a pretty tasty juice...

Looks like the storm has delayed my pkg. Hasn't reached the local PO yet. I guess a day doesn't matter since I'll be steeping but DANG.....I want my pkg.

Tried the cranberry orange today, not impressed. Going to throw back in the box for another week and if still weak will add 1-2% more.
I didn’t much care for it either on the first try.
