As promised, a couple of cheesecake recipes I've made & enjoy. Keep in mind, the Purilum flavorings are still new to me & they are works in progress likely get some adjustments over time. I would like to have a more syrupy, jammy quality to the fruits than they currently have. I have a couple samples aging that incorporate some Cream Cheese Icing (LA) & Marshmallow (PUR) to create a jammy/syrup effect, so we'll see... :D

NY Cheesecake (PUR) 5%
Cheesecake Graham (PUR) 3%
Butter Pecan Praline Ice Cream (PUR) 2.5%
Salted Caramel (FW) 1%
Caramel (CAP) .5%
Sweetener (TFA) 1% (optional)

NY Cheesecake (PUR) 5%
Cheesecake Graham (PUR) 3%
Blueberry Extra (TFA) 3%
Boysenberry Preserves(PUR) 1.5%
Sweetener (TFA) 1% (optional)

NY Cheesecake (PUR) 5%
Cheesecake Graham (PUR) 3%
Strawberry Ripe (TPA) 2%
Strawberry Shisha (INW) 1%
Sweet Strawberry (CAP) 1%
Sweetener (TFA) 1% (optional)

I've tried these with & without sweetener and although I prefer them with, it's totally up to your taste buds. You could likely incorporate any flavoring you like into this base @ about 25 - 50% and have a pretty tasty juice... :cool:
