i keep hearing about a ban that might come... who exactly is trying to ban PVs and is it american only or will it effect me (i live in the uk).

There is currently no ban in place, or any specific plan laid out.
The FDA is asserting that PV's are drug delivery devices, and fall under their jurisdiction. As they have not been approved by the FDA, they are also stating that they can block incoming shipments.
Anything else is just posturing and hearsay.
I have read that they have seized some shipments. I hope they don't take this away. In my opinion this is miracle product. have been trying to quit analogs for more than a year and had all kind of crazy side effects from other products and meds. I am almost %100 done smoking and this is the beginning of my 3rd week vaping.
Yep, under their claims I mentioned. This is also why the FDA is being sued by SE.

I think the UK is one of the few places that have the brains to see that this products benefits FAR outweigh it's negatives.
I feel you are safer there than most any other nation..
I wonder if the seizing the shipped vapes and juices will be entirely effective... if I can order marijuana seeds why not a 3ml bottle of vape juice?
