You have more of a chance of nicotine poisoning with cigarettes than you do with vaping. It's a more efficient nicotine delivery system. Has a smoker ever OD'd on nicotine? Since we're all ex-smokers, we do have a pretty good tolerance for nicotine built up from years of smoking. Just listen to your body. You know when you've smoked too much, same with vaping.

Well, this thread had over 500 page views so it must be a topic that interests people.

When you first start vaping, you do wonder. Nothing wrong with that. And it's better to ask here. I would really just pay attention to how you feel. You can tell when you overdo it.

Sorry didnt get what you mean by that !

All over the place
I hope this helps.

One thing that I have done is to take my pulse at rest, or upon waking, or at a very calm state. Mine is about 67-69 beats per minute when I am totally relaxed. Because nicotine is a stimulant, if you vape too much your pulse can quicken. So, I know I have vaped too much if I get above 75+ bpm, or if I am already amped up I will wait to vape until I am more relaxed. To try this, you can actually just check your bpm for 20 seconds and multiply it by 3. If you are not feeling very good while vaping, stop! Vaping more will not help. Everyone is different, so this is really just a insight into what I have found out about me.

p.s. It is more than okay to ask these type of questions.

If u vape too much u just don't want it anymore....u feel like meh blah. I never get headaches myself.

Side note: Many times headaches are caused by dehydration so instead of taking pills drink a big glass of water.

Weird thing is I used to use 24 all the time but I've kind of tapered down to 11-12. If I use 18 I find myself putting down the pv after a bit (when I don't want to lol)

I think I'm in the same situation as you. I started with 36mg and quickly went to 24mg. For the most part 24mg works fine, but on days where I want to go on a vaping spree, I just simply can not do it.

I do not have anything less than 24mg on hand, so I'm going to order some 12mg.

And you are 100% correct about if you vape too much you just don't want it anymore. Yesterday I didn't vape at all, due to the fact that I had so much the day before, and I just felt so terrible, I've had a few small vapes today, but I still really don't have the urge for any nicotine.
