Hi

I was going to order Greensmoke but luckily, before I did, I came across this forum.
Now I am interested in Vapor4life.

Currently, I smoke Carltons. ( I started smoking them several years ago
with the idea that they were so low in tar and nicotine that I would be able to just quit.....well, that never happened). So anyway, does anyone have a suggestion as to what strength cartomizer I should get?

I am so anxious to do this.

Thanks.

Hello rd, and welcome to the forum. It's funny but trying to figure what strength nic you will need by comparing it to what you used to smoke doesn't always translate well. I would pick a medium ( around 12mg-18mg ) strength to start with, if you have to choose just one and see if that does it for you. Most people find, it seems, that they need more than they thought they would in order to not smoke cigs.

I would get a couple of strengths to try:) 1 pk of the lower 11mg, 1 pk 18mg and 1 pk of 24mg to start:)

Between these 3 you should be able to find the strength you're comfortable with. Then buy more pks as soon as you determine this.

A cartomizer usually lasted me about a day. Some people use a higher nic in the morning and use a medium to lower during the day, then low nic at night :) Hope this helps.

Congrats on NOT getting a greensmoke, it was my first one:)
