So I've noticed several Chinese companies selling liquid nicotine which is supposedly 98-99% pure for the purpose of mixing e-liquids. Anyone do 'from scratch' mixing to the point of mixing their own nic-added PG or VG? Is it legal to purchase liquid nicotine of that purity level? I've attempted to research the legalities of this and have only found info stating that it's purchase in the United States is regulated to those 18 years of age and older. I am aware of the toxicity level of liquid nicotine and this seems a bit crazy to me but I'm wondering if it's possible and legal.
