Question for the Wise

I am 21 and have not really ever had a serious problem with smoking.. I tend to have the urge though to smoke when surrounded by other smokers ( club, Fiance, group of co-workers, etc) and i just bought a zero nicotine Blu Cig.. I think my addiction if i can call it that is the oral fixation while surrounded by other smokers.. I was curious if the zero nicotine carts are really zero nicotine and am i getting any other negative side effects from vaping on these E-Cigs (not that i will stop because surely this is a better option then analogs) but just wanted to know if i am harming anything else in the process. Thank you for your responses and please just informative post don't need to hear i shouldn't be smoking them if i am not addicted to nicotine.. i know that for one but i would rather have this to pull out when i am around other smokers then to take out a analog every once in a while. Thanks again!

If the zero nicotine cartridges actually do contain any nicotine, it surely won't be enough to worry about.

And as far as how safe vaping is, we don't really know for sure until long-term tests have been done.
But the results we have seen so far are extremely encouraging.

The only thing I can tell you is that given what I actually DO know, I am not concerned.

I was going to answer... but then I realized I'm not wise. :(

Oh what the hell.
Since you tend to get the urge to smoke while hanging out with other smokers, I'd be
MUCH more worried about their second-hand smoke effects on you. Whether you stick
with vaping or not, and whether or not your liquid contains nicotine, you could very well
still get used to the effects from all the second-hand smoke you're around.

If you hang with smokers you may already have a slight nicotine habit. Vape away with zero nic and maybe you'll perk the interest of your smoking friends. You can take the lead and maybe help others to kick the damn nicotine. I've tried every way known to mankind to quit and vaping is the only way that has ever worked.

It will be an opportunity for you to help them quit :)

I have too, kits, pills, patches, gum etc. 1 week of vaping and I don't care about the cigarettes. In fact the smell is nauseating, my son is still smoking, ick. This is the first thing I've tried where I'm not all turning inside out or wanting to tear down brick walls with my bare hands!

Keep vaping and get them interested, maybe they will try it and be able to use it as a way to quit.
