I'm starting to think something like this: http://ukvapers.org/attachment.php?thumbnail=1627

The guy who posted it says it's a 1000mAh Tornado eGo-C Twist and ViVi Nova V2 tank. Some sort of special drip tip I guess? Hmm

You would probably be happy with that. snag a couple evods to go with it to see if you like the bottom coil syle (its a bit cooler)

Edit: Im retiring from this post due to working nights and it being past my bedtime :)
Good luck with your endeavors and welcome to ecf. That twist would work just fine imo

A few points:

1. Someone said nicotine wasn't that addictive, and I want to say that's irresponsible crazy talk in the nicest way possible. I can't post links, but a quick google of "nicotine vs ...... addiction" will show lovely charts. Nicotine is crazy addictive.

2. You seem like an addict who isn't fully able to quit, and is hiding it. Totally normal, I was there, but you have to decide what your goals are. Do you want to actually quit, or do you want to have your addiction be more manageable?

3. If you are hiding your smokes and maybe having one or two a day, going to 12mg will basically take care of everything, but also increase your addiction. Instead of going and taking a few puffs to let the craving pass to where it's manageable and you can go hang out with people and not smell like smokes, your body will slowly get used to (and want) a higher nicotine level.

Cigarettes are absolutely horrible for you, not really for the cancer (less people get cancer than you'd think) but for the damage it does to everything else. Nicotine is much safter, with research showing it basically increases blood pressure/pulse/hypertension, and other types showing it inhibiting bone growth and such. So ecigs are a huge win if you need the nicotine compared to smoking, but nicotine isn't a vitamin -- and there's lots we don't know about vaporing flavorings and such. With nicotine e-cigs, you are *substituting* one addiction for another, one that is hopefully healthier and causes less impact on your life.

I'd consider getting 6mg *and* 0mg. When you find yourself getting fidgety and terrible to be around, sneak away and have some puffs of the 6mg. But when you're just experimenting and enjoying the taste and finding it relaxing, use 0mg. Don't invest in a bunch of equipment, it makes it easier for you to then decide you're over the whole thing & lose interest.

*gives the horns*

I'm a longtime smoker, just recently converted to vaping so I'm by no means an expert, and my opinion of course is nothing but just that -- my own personal opinion. Take it or leave it, as you see fit. I smoked lights though, about a half a pack per day, so I was not a heavy smoker, by any means. Plus, I've always felt that it's the act of smoking I enjoy, rather than just the nicotine high. I picked up a 6ml juice with my starter kit the other day, and sometimes during a long vaping session I can start to taste the nicotine and wish that even that little bit wasn't in there. I mean, it still tastes better than cigarettes, of course, but it's far worse than the delicious flavors of the juice itself. Once this batch runs out, I plan on switching to 0mg and see if that doesn't keep me just as satisfied. If you're not already addicted to the drug, then be a responsible adult and don't go get yourself hooked on it just for the gits and shiggles.

Nicotine Propaganda

One form of nicotine is vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid). or also known as Niacin.

See if 0mg works for you. The point is not to raise nicotine levels unless you are craving cigarettes more than you are comfortable, so it makes since to begin vaping with the lowest level.

Another point - part of my personal habit is the hand-to-mouth thing. You may find that sometimes you just crave that sensation more than nicotine anyway (since smoking is a combination of things). In this case, 0mg would seem to work just fine. If it doesn't, get someone to blend some 3 or 4mg for you. 12mg/ml just seems like a huge jump, imo.

Good luck and welcome to ECF!!

Well for what its worth I have an example. A good friend of mine recently bought an ecig hes a non smoker never liked the smell/taste of cigarettes. He bought a basic ego kit for 20 and some 8mg juice and apparently is really enjoying it! He has anxiety and for him it helps with his daily life. He enjoys the flavors/buzz to help get him through the day and helps him cope. Although I disagree that nonsmokers should immediately get on nicotine it is ultimately up to you. As previously stated you will end up getting addicted to nicotine and believe me its not very fun. I smoked for 3 years and vaped for 2 but could never get off those damn analogs. Its been a few days and I haven't had an analog all because of my nemesis mod. Honestly if your going to get into vaping try 1 bottle of 0mg and see if you like it. If you want to go out and try it get a 6mg or the throat hit will be far to harsh I prefer a 70vg/30pg mix but most prefer a 50/50. Go for flavors you love. im a vegetarian so I prefer fruit/dessert flavors. now than when your talking about a buzz that will well be up in smoke soon enough (no pun intended). I remember having that first cigarette and getting a buzz what a fantastic felling! But with the nature of nicotine you will not get a buzz anymore and will very soon get addicted. I use mine to stop cravings. I need to use it every 30 minutes to an hour if not more. Decide what you will but be responsible. Just my :2c:

If you are not currently craving nicotine why on earth would you use it? Did I just read that nicotine is not addictive? That's a bunch of hooey! If it weren't there wouldn't be nicotine replacement therapies, injections, medications, seminars, hypnotism, or the abysmal backsliding people who smoke experience too often. Yes nicotine is addictive! I submit it is more addictive than a lot of more commonly-known-to-be-addictive drugs. I've got firsthand experience there. Go for zero nic by all means. Believe me, you wouldn't be missing out on a thing!

I was a smoker for over 18 years, and i started with 0mg nicotine juice when i started vaping. Even though nicotine in low dosage is not harmful, but i did not want to be addicted to it.

Vaping is a hobby to me, and i only vape when i have few pints.

If you never smoked or chewed, there is no reason to vape or vape with nicotine; its a waste of money for you.

Well I've already made the leap straight to ecigs so you know I'm not lying when I say I'll never be a smoker. It would destroy my life.

Yes I am a grown person. No I don't already know the answer. And yes I know the buzz diminishes as with all drugs especially when not used in moderation.

I definitely don't see why someone that isn't nicotine dependent would start vaping with nic. That really makes no sense at all.

When I started smoking I thought I would just have one now and again. I went from one or two a week to three to five a day. I was what is known as a light or casual smoker, but I STILL NEEDED those 3 smokes a day. If I were you, I would just get some nicotine-free juice and steer clear away from nicotine. I'm not scaremongering and I know nicotine in moderation has its benefits, but unless you're really strongwilled, it's not worth it, especially if you have an addictive personality.
