Do you have a brand/vendor picked out? I only saw the ohms question. Let us know if you want a little more guidance. :)

Agree. 100%

3ohm on a 3.7 will feel pretty weak, imo.

thanks guys 2ohm it is.. man cant wait to drip some juice , took apart my first e cig carto and it works . Im sure an ato is gona be intense

Now in Carto's what about the 1.7 Ohm or 2 ohm whats the dif?
And while I have ya is their a dif in shorty carto's vape and hit flavor or only the amount of juice it holds?

Thanks guys happy vaping

The difference between 1.7 and 2 ohms will be a little small. 1.7 will give you about 8 watts / 2 will give you about 6.8 watts. More watts = hotter vape.

I use variable voltage (you vape straight 3.7 .. I can change that number), and I usually start by adding 2 to the ohm atty I'm using. So for example, 1.7 ohm atty, I'd start my volts at 3.7. I'd recommend the 1.7 volt cartos, on that principle.

Shorty cartos, if from the same manufacturer, and the same vendor, and having the same ohms, should be the same as a regular or XL carto. They just hold less juice.

Hope that helps, and doesn't confuse you more.. :)

Finaly got my atomizers Boge 510 (2.0 Ohms) Using standard 3.7V bat .Prior to tonight had to drip juice using an old converted 510 Carto . To be honest after I started driping (or the knock off version ) I fell in love with this method. Guess because my kit I purchased happened to be a tube tank 1.5 Ohm Duel coil and I found the vape rather dull
anyways wanted to know a few things cuz I watched some u tube tips tricks and cleaning ato's
They said blowing out is good for maintenance and cleaning .First Q I had. Is it ok to blow out an an ato or even a carto ( lilightly) perhaps using an air compress or will this damage the coil ?

Now as far as break in period how long have you found is adequate ?
One guy said the break in period is about 3 hours but he did not say if on a new Ato that is only to have a better vape of its necessary to do before you start vaping . The vid I saw about cleaning mentioned a few drips and pups was fine. But that was an already broken in Ato
I did a quickie burn a few times then dripped about 2-3 drops and puffed may 5 each time before re dripping started to get some flavor ,so I figured it was OK to start using Does that sound about right ya need to break in?
Allso what do you do to break in a new carto's? Cuz for some reason I cant appreciate the flavor compared to dripping I find carto's boring with no flavor .

Btw If I like drping and not so crazy about tube tank and Carto taste would an EGO – C Ato system provide a vape closer to dripping?
I LIKE DRIPEN VERY MUCH :smokie::smokie::smokie:
Thanks

This link will take you to an article written by the creator of the Safe Vaping Power Chart (which appears farther down in the article, you can click on it to enlarge it.) It will go into some detail on how to choose the correct resistance (ohm rating) of heating elements used in electronic cigarettes.

Thanks had a look at working chart when I was shopping for Carto's . Nice tool it re calculated the values as you plugged in the variables
...
Makes sense Iam familiar with Ohm law so understand the concept of how /why it applies to vaping and coils. Matching is important thanks again. So how about the break in period for 510 Ato's andCarto's
any workin advice you would like to share with a newb ?
