I don't want to come off as alarmist but some of the ingredients in DIY juice can kill you. One drop of 100mg/ml nic on your skin can kill an adult (it's a neurotoxin at that strength). You should read all of the stickies here: DIY E-Liquid

edit: notice I said "can kill" a heavy smoker might only get very sick, a non smoker would at least need to go to a hospital. A child would die. I mix my stuff in a clean room with an air supply mask and chemical resistant long sleeved lab coat and nitrile gloves and a face shield. Be careful.

If you dont' want to be an alarmist then whats with this post? I work with 100mg/mL and never had a problem. I use proper cautions though.

yea i read some of that. i want to play around with flavoring right now and then if i get decent at that start making some with nicotine.

i just got home from walmart they had vg so i got a 6oz bottle of that but they didnt have any loranns flavoring just walmart brand and McCormick. so i didnt get favoring since i didnt read fully through that yet and wasnt sure what to get.i know no oil but wasnt sure on artificial color and artificial flavoring. once i read that i will get flavoring or order from wizard lab.

Wizard labs carries flavors Nic, PG and VG. I mix it at 50/50 vg/pg. In a pinch and you have to buy locally you can use the Walmart Humco brand VG. As long as it says USP on it. (you can find the same brand a little cheaper at Publix). You can locate it at the pharmacy isles near first aid. Many people also buy their USP PG from tractor supply locally if they cannot buy it online.

In a pinch you can use lorann flavors at walmart. Be sure to get the non-oils. raspberry and strawberry are both good. Avoid peppermint oil, orange oil, cinnamon oil.

I also found a larger selection of lorann flavors at hobby lobby near the cake stuff. I like TFA from Wizard Labs better but the stuff bought locally can work in a pinch.

I can never find Lorann flavors at Walmart, either. I get my Loranne's from Hobby Lobby, usually. They have a pretty decent supply. I always use Walmart glycerine (VG)...if it's a little thick, you can add a little distilled water to it to thin it out. You really should go read the DIY thread....you'll learn a LOT. You can vape the VG by itself...It won't have any flavoring, but it sure will make HUGE vapor. :) I don't mind the taste of it at all.

I found the loranns in the arts and crafts section of some walmarts. Not in the food section. In arts and crafts you will find some candy and fancy cake decorating supplies. They do not have much of a selection though, last time I went they had just raspbery and strawberry. I did find some at a local Michaels near cake decorating.

Sounds like you are doing this right. Sorry if my post ^ was a little heavy . I work with toxic chemicals every day and I've seen the effects of high concentration neurotoxins on coworkers (not something you want to see) anyway be safe and have fun.

I love Wiz labs, I get most all of my flavors from them, excellent quality control and very reliable.

John has a disclaimer about the flavors he sells...I stay away from certain flavors because some things I have read. But I will not sway people here about it...just personal preference. But John gets from TFA and Loranns and breaks them into what i call "sample vials" just to try out. Then you can go to DIY Shop and get stuff from there depending on what you like from WL stuff. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I am the "mix master" (lol, the name a customer gave me) for my husband's company. I've been doing it for some time and I'm still alive and we have TONS of return customers.
