So I got myself a Screwdriver body (on sale, 20 pounds or 43ish dollars including shipping) from england, www.ecigscrewdriver.com and some IMR high discharge batts from Lighthound, batts showed up yesterday, SD today. Very sleek device, for anyone that has one of the original handmade SDs from trog this new version has a different mechanical button. The original was an electronics type of pushbutton switch you could get at radio shack, this new switch is not like those at all. The switch is more part of the body now. The centre post goes through the body to make contact with the battery's negative end, on the other end of the post is a black pushbutton screwed onto the post with a spring between the button and body of the device, inside the case, a thick black o-ring keeps the battery from touching the centre post and making contact, and keeping the batt firmly in place, so when you hit the switch, the post moves down, and completes the circuit. Ingenious, I wasn't expecting this, I was not aware of this change or when it occurred but it is a simple basic design that really works. I took the switch apart and added a stiffer spring to minimize the likelyhood of it firing in my pocket, and that's it. Really really good device. Well worth the money. If you don't have one and are thinking about it I'd say go for it, especially with the current sale price. Whether you prefer higher wattage or not it is up to you, there are so many 16340 battery and atomizer combinations possible these days it'd be pretty hard not to find a setup that suits you. The body is on sale til the end of the month as well as a basic kit with one battery, charger and one atomizer.

Merci et bonne journee.
