Quitting or Reducing Vaping?

I've seen that before and it didn't sound right to me. This article on Snopes is pretty much what I believe to be true after doing some digging around about it. The original headline does make for a better urban legend than the truth though

Yeah I was not stating it as fact just quoting, and to me it sounded right, as I was diagnosed with ADHD...but never followed it up, instead, I just put my head down and got s**t done (after being expelled from 11 schools).

you are at 0 nic ... what's holding you back from quitting?

I can't answer for the other person but I mostly vape 0% nic now and I vape because I like the "behavioral" aspect and find it relaxing.

If the TDP goes ahead in the UK and I am left with a choice of cig a likes and nothing then I'll quit. Been down the cig a like route and they just make me feel like smoking. Really like my sub ohm setup . Sorry for wondering off topic.

I really am not trying to quit at present, just cut down to weekends...
Has not been difficult, had a little hiccup this week and vaped one morning,
But nothing since then, might have a vape tonight though if I feel like it since it is weekend!
