Ramping up the Anti-Smoking Commercial

I've been seeing the CDC Terrie Commercial a LOT lately, like 8-times-in-2-hours-lot. Anybody else thinking that the FDA in conjunction with the CDC is trying to rile up and remind the ANTZ about the problems of smoking and the "perceived hazards" of anything that resembles smoking, ie. e-cigs as it get's closer to the deeming regulation announcement?

I haven't seen that commercial since about 2007 by the way.
