There's a taco guy in town, and his flaccid tacos are to die for! Skirt steak a soft corn tortilla, avocado, and cilantro. Oh and the home made salsa....mmm. I miss food Syrah is very good with tacos. Sounds wrong and gross, but it works. Not sure what the vape would be......Maybe lime?

Crazy as crazy is, watched a skirt stake vid on pbs two days ago and they stated that most restaurants use cubed meat( not skirt or iron meat) for tacos, where it really needs a veined slab of meat to make it jump.It was the old guy who is pretty good for cooking and blasted my thought of needing a rough peice tenderized but not weak to give a good mexi feel.Made a jump as most good mexi fod comes from real mexi chefs

Prettiest fatcat of all time, got a Ponderosa(got one in Orlando that has fried chicken on the breakfast buffet) feel and an old lady squeal, reminds me of an island friend who once got mad at a lady across the canal at us picking mangos off the other house, she started screaming "dont take those", we knew they were not hers and he threw a mango at her and called her an "old goat", to this day I use old goat any chance I get, ty
