RBAs and Nicotine Level Reduction

I too had to cut back on my nicotine level. When I was using an eGo I was vaping as high as 36 however my normal was 24. Since getting my mech and moving to rba or rda DC setup I had to cut back to 12. I will still vape 18 if it is all I have but I won't be touching any of my remaining 24 anytime soon.

As I am enjoying my morning coffee and vaping away, I think that I may try some 12mg, today. The 18mg, which I just switched down to a few days ago, appears to be giving me a headache, this morning.

I've not reduced mine but I certainly appear to be the odd man out.

I'm using both rba & a carto-tank & I only vape one liquid (unflavored 50/50 @ 20mg). To get an appropriate th from the carto-tank the nic needs to stay a touch higher.

^ Funny you mention throat hit, today I was thinking of how RBAs seem to be changing our whole approach to TH. We used to increase nicotine for it, now we can just move the air hole, since it appears RBA TH has little to do with nic level and more to do with coil heat.
