As my gear made more vapor, I needed less nicotine. Go buy yourself a TFV4 and you can drop down to 3mg nic juice overnight. 18mg on a TFV4 will kill you, literally melt your face right off.
Yeah, but did your actual nic consumption decrease? All that extra vapor means you're using more juice. Multiply ml or juice used per day times mg/ml to get your total nic consumption.

Personally, I think it makes no sense to inhale many times more PG, VG, and flavorings in order to get the same amount of nic, just so you can say "I dropped my nicotine level". In fact, I see it kinda like smoking many more "light" cigarettes than fewer "full flavor" ones, a mistake I made for decades, and one I'm not going to repeat with vaping.

Grimmgreen was talking about that very issue on his 1.5 hour vlog Thursday. He said he lowered his nic level to 3mg because he vaped all the time. If he had to go outside to vape during breaks he would be at 12-18 mg.

I can vape almost everywhere I go. Board meetings, the Senior center and on the Bus. But have been known to stealth vape on the bus and in grocery stores.

Nope, hasn't decreased one bit. I vape max VG juices now that my GF makes DIY juice. But then again I am not concerned about nicotine. The nicotine wasn't killing me when I smoked cigarettes, it was the hundreds of poisons that were added to the tobacco. I did not enjoy sucking 24mg nicotine through a crappy CE4 with no airflow and a burnt coil. I do quite enjoy an easy draw of 3mg max VG juice through an ISUB G with a hand wicked organic cotton coil.

I went to 12 with the nautilus, when I got the atlantis I stopped using it until I could order 6mg juice. When I got the crown and TFV4 and started dripping more I dropped to 3mg and less PG.

I'm not concerned about nicotine either. I'm far more concerned about all the other stuff that comes with it, particularly the flavorings, but I suspect that coating one's lungs in VG all day long might not be the greatest thing in the world either. Hence I stick to MTl tootle-puffing my small-chambered, bottom-fed RDAs using 65% VG, 15mg/ml, at 15-20 watts, and I do quite enjoy it.

Bottom line: If someone IS concerned about nic, they should not be looking simply at the mg/ml level of their juice, but the total amount of nic they're vaping per day. Getting better gear and vaping lower nic juice may not cut one's total nic consumption at all.
