I know it's a little off topic, well a lot actually but I need everyone's help with this one. Has anyone here had an eliquid called Cloud Batter by Cloud Vapery?? I've been dying to try it but I hate buying juice on just a want, instead of trying it or hearing really good things on it.

How much better is the hobo 3.1 compared to v3? I can get my hands on a v3, considering it..
The only difference between the two is how the barrel attaches to the deck, I believe. The V3 is reverse threaded and the V3.1 has a, and I quote, "grooved locking system." Basically you press the barrel down over two o-rings then spin it in place until it locks on the deck. Easier said than done because of the o-rings but you get used to it. Supposedly the reverse threaded barrel was an abomination but I never tried it.

Speaking of the hobo v3.1, SS316L wire in temp mode is incredible! Just built a dual 24g, 11/12 wrap, 3mm build and its easily one of the best vapes I've ever had. Now I have to try every atty I own with SS wire :/

Where'd you get your SS wire? Unkamen?

Nah, I actually don't remember where; it was from some chinese site. I bought another RX200 for 35$ and decided since it was gonna take forever to get here I would buy some other stuff too. The wire is made by a chinese brand called "GeekVape".

What do you do if you are SUI and have a bunch of Big Dripper decks laying around? Make an RDA cap to put on them.

The Big Dripper was a total PITA to build - for me anyway. At least make the barrel removable... sheesh. It's cheap though...

Wow. I never used a Big Dripper and, seeing how that barrel is with the post holes, I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled I never have. From the looks of it, that is even worse than the TugV3! No thank you.

Guys - which e liquid companies do you buy from that produce strong flavors? I mean ridiculously strong. Strong enough so that even if you use a gas station clearo the flavor is potent.

I'm looking for new companies to try but usually the most recommended liquids end up light and muted in taste. Mad Murdock makes the most potent juices I've tried. I want flavors on that level. Some others would be Nicoticket, The Steam Company, Jazzy Boba. Any suggestions?

I've tried MBV and didn't care for the juices.

This isn't vaper's tongue I don't think, I just seem to keep trying juices that are hyped up (and that's my fault) and find they have very little flavor. It's probably better to say they have very little potency. A good example is Milk Man by One Hit Wonder. I've seen a lot of comments on this and other sites about how tasty that juice is so me and a co-worker split a bottle. I still have my entire half bottle sitting on the shelf because, IMO, it's just not worth vaping. It's not a bad flavor but there's just not much flavor period. It's almost like someone took a bottle of Strawberry Quik and a carton of milk, squeezed out a quarter sized portion of the Quik into a 16 oz glass, filled the glass to the top with milk, mixed it up then dumped that 16oz of already weak strawberry milk into a bigger glass and added water to it. If I buy a juice that is supposed to taste of strawberry milk then I expect to actually get a full on taste of strawberry milk not a whisp of a hint of watered down strawberry milk flavor.

It may sound intimidating, but you could try DIY. I got into it some months back and haven't wasted any money on a single label juice for myself. It's a small investment up front, but once you figure it all out, it will keep you going for a while. I have a very particular palate and profile (very buttery rich custards) so it was a much better move for me than buying juice after juice following hype and being let down.

Have you tried anything from B-X vapor? Everything I've had from them had pretty intense flavor. On top of that, the prices are phenomenal, the shipping is super fast and 99% of the time he will upgrade your order for free.

Right now, I'd say B-X is in my top five juice vendors and definitely my number one budget juice vendor. Haven't tried Adirondack yet though.

It s crazy how we're all different, even if we were using the exact same set-up, literally the same as in we're sharing a vape. I generally am grossed out by 'hood Kool-Aid' type liquids that taste like the flavoring is 30% (max VG at 70% because of all that damn flavoring. LOL). Bleh! I used to try and not exceed 15-18% total flavoring (and sometimes as low as 5-7%). But that's just me. I even dilute premade liquids sometimes. My issues most of most of the time is not only that the premade flavors are far too flavored, the mix is just too simple and gross. For me, at least with the hundreds of bottles I've mixed, more flavoring to a bad mix never once made it better, just the opposite. Anyway, the point I intended to make was that DIYing is really about having control.

That's the direction I'm leaning toward. If I could come up with 4 or 5 I really like I'd be set. Make big batches of those to tide me over while I experiment.

I was thinking 500ml of nic base, VG and PG. Mix small bottles (15ml tops). If I'm successful, get gobs of nic, VG and PG.

No, haven't tried B-X but I will definitely check them out.

I ordered from Adirondack for the first time during their BF sale. Couldn't pass up the "buy $60+ of juice and get your order doubled" deal. Bought six flavors in 30ml bottles. With shipping it was like $68. Not bad for 360ml of juice. Anyway, I got Placid, Cascade, Saratoga, Sagamore, Fuji and Aneto. They're all good flavors but on the lighter side. Placid lived up to the hype. It isn't super potent but its just so refreshing. Nice accurate lime right off the bat followed by a sweet, almost green flavor of the honeysuckle. Would buy again. Cascade is Apple, banana and Strawberry with a cream base. I get almost no cream but the fruit flavors are very accurate and I can taste all three equally. The banana is the best part. It tastes like biting into a ripe banana not Runts. Still, it is on the light side. 99% chance I'd buy again. The others are good but those two are the standouts.

I think you and Uncle are right about DIY being my best option. I can control exactly how strong my juice will be and make up any combo of flavors I want.

Oh and to get somewhat on topic I think I actually do want another RDA. Either the Buddha Z V2 or Temple. Both are completely opposite of how I vape but I want one ridiculous airflow dripper to mess around with.

Good to know. I definitely will order from them once my 500+ mL stock dwindles.

I'm going to Rochester this weekend and they have a shop that sells adirondack so I'm excited to try it out.

The temple is actually a really nice piece in hand. The vape shop I go to up the street from me has had them for a while now. I like the deck the most on it, never vaped or built one but seems of good quality.
