Some of my first thoughts on the Pancake
rda from Ohman.
First off quality, top notch, this is my first all titanium
rda and his attention to detail really shows. This thing was spotless from top to bottom, granted I got this from a vape shop and not direct it still shows. No burs, metal flakes and no machine oil. And it's light, I have drip tips that are heavier than this is. I always thought titanium was heavier then stainless steel, guess not. This modder literally thought of everything for this rda. It's got adjustable air flow from dual to single coil, it comes bottom fed ready and there's no switching out pins, simply screw the little set screw that's sent with the rda into the top of the 510 pin and boom you can go from squonking to dripping on the fly basically. Comes with a delrin semi-chuff tip and a 510 adapter for your favorite tips. The only thing I'd like and it's really my only con is more room, I was afraid to get this cause of my time with the LowPro atty, the build style is pretty close to the same but where the low pro fails the pancake makes up for it elsewhere but I'll get into that later. I set it up with a single coil dead center ohms out at just under 1 ohm, with both air holes wide open. It's not bad, am I satisfied? Nope. But this is my first build and I don't fault the pancake in the slightest bit, I just need to find my right style cause I won't be giving up on this that fast. I'm really a fan of higher ohm single
coils so I started out that way. To me this rda is really geared towards bottom feeding, cause once a build is in there and all wicked up there's not much room. In dripper mode I'm dripping almost every 2-3 hits, but that's only because I don't have a mod readily available yet for it, but that'll change. That leads me back to my only con so far, the room, if someone bought this for straight dripping they'd get tired fast. Subjective I know but I have to mention it. The pros outweigh the cons easily without a doubt, I'd recommend this all day to someone with a bottom fed mod definitely. I'd give it a 8/10 so far, I'll comment later when I get more builds in there. Sorry for the long read I tend to ramble, but I hope I touched on everything I wanted too.
