Take a look at the Spinner 1300 mAh. I've read very good things about them. A ego Twist 1000 mAh is also a good choice. I think you will be more pleased with the variable volt once you get it. It will allow you to adjust voltage and try different OHM heads. Oh, what the heck, someone will tell you to get a Provari sooner or later, so just go ahead and get one.

I'm looking to get another set up, I just have the one battery right now. I've been looking around, seeing what's out there. I have an ego 650mah. Thinking of stepping up to a twist, but then also considered just stepping up to a 1100mah. There's so much out there. Not quit ready to shell out $100 but want something good. I haven't smoked at all this week, but also haven't bought a pack since the day after I got my set up. So I've already not spent almost $75 on analogs, but I HAVE spent a little over $50 on vaping. I know once I get a good collection of juices (still trying to find what I like before I order bigger bottle) and a couple good batteries and tanks, the savings will increase.

dukeslady, I think the twist would be a great second battery for you and they are variable voltage, which I really like. I have 3 of them. As scorch said above, the Spinners are great too and they come with higher mah. They are both available for a pretty good price and the charger you already have will work with them.

What are you using for juice delivery with your eGo 650 mah? I personally feel the majority of my vape satisfaction comes from this part of the PV, though also having a VV power supply to adjust helps too.

Dukeslady- Well Done on the first week, you are over the worst

What worked for me in getting through those first few weeks was consistancy as there is just so much choice , What you have now must work for you as you have made the first week so stick with it, getting the 1100 Mah battery wont change the vape you get but adding things like the twist will as you have the VV options to consider , Something i didnt want to deal with in those tricky first few weeks was simple things like batteries going flat or carto's packing in. so i would suggest investing some of those savings into some spares. I spent the first 2 months just keeping that stock topped up so i never ran out then after that i started looking into mods, tanks and all the other toys ( and from that point made many mistakes on the way but i was past the point where i would go straight for an analog if something didnt quite work for me )

If I thought when I was beginning that if I had shelled out 200.00 it would have got me of cigs I would have told you you were nuts. But I'll be damned if it didn't work. Haven't had a cig in almost a year after 48 on them. I have saved a whole lot. I have learned a lot more since then, but I gave it my best shot and I won!

The "clearos" or wick type tanks ALWAYS end up being fiddly and hassle prone at some point.

Boy, that ended up being the case for me........and I say this several months into this vaping thing. I WANTED to love them, so easy to fill and washable, etc. Just not for me.

However, I also fully appreciate that some people LIKE fiddly and enjoy fiddly. :) So maybe it's my own failing and not the clearos :)

Well, I think yes, and no. My Splitfire sure delivers good flavor. Replacing the head is a chore though, and the heads don't seem to last too long, but the shoe string thingy they put on makes threading easier. I think part of the problem is in the wick material. That goes to the fiddling part. I plan on learning to build my own coils and I'm going to try using bamboo yarn as the wick. It is very absorbent and strong.

In regards to eGo class variable voltage I own:
650 and 1000 mah Twists- fires from 3.3-4.8 volts
650 mah VV Kgo- fires from 3-6 volts
2 X 1300 mah Spinners- fires from 3.3-4.8 volts
The Spinner is my #1 choice as it's smaller/ shorter than the Twist and more "user friendly".
********************
Kgo VV- only comes in 650 mah- I find battery life a problem and the button takes a bit of time getting used to.

Twist comes in 650, 900 and 1000 mah. Dial very narrow/ smooth and not easy to turn. Voltage numbers very hard to read/ invisible. Button occasionally sticks.

Vision Spinner comes in 400, 650, 900, 1100 and 1300 mah. Wide knurled voltage dial easy to turn and easy to read voltage markings. 1300 mah Spinner is smaller than 1000 Twist.

I owned the Twists and now use them as backups because the dial was hard to turn and I could not clearly see the voltage markings.
1300 Vision Spinner- Length 113mm(4.4")/Diameter 16mm
1000 Twist- Length 120mm(4.75")/Diameter 14mm
