Haha it was smarties sorry. German smarties are like m&ms and skittles like these "smarties". Still awesome and the best part is I did it like gnome (rattler) did a micro coil, cut the readyxwick on the top in half and it went perfectly through the coil.

This stuff is extremely expensive I think but what you get for it is worth every single penny. This bad boy will probably last at least 2-3 weeks.

Bye bye ekowool and silica

Skittles? Rotten ....... sent me Smarties! Last time I buy from that guy! :D

HOWEVER... I do understand your concerns, and I would very much like to do everything that IS within my power to help you get what you would be happier with. So with that in mind, I would like to offer you the following solution:

I would be happy to give you 50% off 1 package of 5 feet of the 2mm size READYxWICK.... AND, I will cover the shipping. This would give you the product almost at our cost and then you could still sell the 5 feet that you do have of the 3mm size to a vaping friend. People LOVE this stuff, you shouldn't have a hard time selling it at all, ESPECIALLY if you offer them the same savings I've offered you. Anyone would LOVE to pick up 5 feet for $20, that's a steal, I'm sure it would go quickly. This way, you would still end up with basically the same thing as returning it and getting a new package, only you will also save on the shipping cost since you won't have to pay for it. It's really a win/win situation that way.

If you would be interested in that, please use the following product and add a quantity of 20 ($20)

I received this email from RBA concerning an email i sent to him yesterday asking if I could possibly return the 5 ft. of 3mm that I bought less than a week ago. I explained that it was too big for my RDA and that I prefer the 2 mm and that the pkg. hadn't been opened. His first paragraph was an explanation of the risks involved with a return such as this...lowlife people ( my words, not his) could easily inject it with a tiny syringe of some sort of very nasty stuff( again my words)

The man's right up there with Rob in my estimation!

I have 3mm and 2mm. I like the 3mm because I get less dry hits. The 2mm is so much easier to make a good tight coil with though.

I love the 3mm .... never even considered going 2mm. The fattest wick I can fit in an atty is what I want :)

Not by me. I've tried to get them to respond to my request to get their fine product with no luck. I wanted to get 2 5' lengths of it and because I can not change their Indiana to In. My CC says it doesn't match my address and won't let the transaction take place. Tried to contact them and I've had no response. Rob would never do that.

I'm still using my same 3mm wick and it still seems to be doing fine. I was used to doing microcoils 1/16in, but in all my efforts trying to make this wick work, I used the 3mm and got it going with a 3 wrap, 28g at .5 ohms and working great. I'm not going to mess it up and do another coil until I have to. I'll play with the 2mm on another dripper, maybe the double wick with a little larger coil. I can't really tell if I am getting as many hits between squonks with this as I did cotton as I just routinely squonk every couple hits anyway.

I prefer the 3mm also. I got the 2mm because in one of my rba's I can't cut 3mm small enough to keep it from holding a pool of juice against the coil at the coil height I like to vape. It cooks the pool and after a few hours at work yuck. It will do until I can afford to get some new gear after this court fiasco.

It's not particularly long but 12 days going strong, 2mm with a micro coil wrapped around it at one ohm ( tight wrap, 28 gauge kanthal) no dry burning so far. I use unflavored sooo... Really no need to. Last time I dry burned one if these it turned black and tasted awful. Probably because of the tight spacing of the coils.

maybe that's what happened to mine. it was a gunky flavor, and when it started to taste burnt, i dry burned it. it was a pretty tight small micro coil, and the wick ended up black and i threw it out.

Yup, I'm thinking the 2mm doesn't work as well with tight microcoils. It seems more fragile - and that was with 3 different wicks and coils. Moving it around caused mine to disintegrate, and since it was already cut short, there wasn't enough left for a decent wick.

mine didn't disintegrate. i was able to get it into the small micro coil just by turning it. it seemed to fit perfectly. but after 3/4 of a bottle it tasted too nasty.

I'm beginning to think that some of us are just missing some pertinent info., cuz I'm not doing too well with this wick either, the 2 mm or the 3 mm.

Think I'll go back to the beginning of this thread and read more closely and study on it harder...but i did realize something today... I have to leave a little space between the microcoil winds, otherwise it sorta "chokes' it for the flavor and vape.

I was able to thread mine through - it only disintegrated after serious dry burning to try and change a flavor. One of them I tried rinsing, because dry burning didn't get rid of the old flavor (and I was trying out a new DIY mix), but of course then it was soaked in water and had to be dry burned dry...it only disintegrated when I tried moving the existing wick through the coil a bit to get the old black stuff off.

I just today saw a RBA called a notank. It's a bottom fed RBA with a tall center post with a juice hole in it and the other end of coil goes under a screw on the bottom you make vertical coils. The one I saw was SS Mesh wrapped around the center post with the coil over it. I'm thinking this could be an excellent RBA to use the 3mm wick on. Just slip it over the center post wrap a loose coil over it and go. Now if only I could find a place to get one.

Come to think of it the reason my RWs might be lasting longer is that I build primarily butterfly coils and the cut ends are lassoed down. The only time I have have degradation of one of these was a straight, short wick that frayed. The 2mm doesn't move as much liquid but is seems to be less apt to fraying at the ends. Just a thought.

I've had my 3mm readyx few days ago.. Coiled with 28 gauge, not tight nor loose.. @0,7/1,00/ 0,5 ohm, good amount of warm vapor but very poor flavour. (90/10 gly-prop) Just for try changed wick in same coil to my old ecowool 3mm and flavour is back! I like very much readyx , no need to change often, no burn taste if dry burned, good wicking effect.. but how can I have my flavour back? Maybe I like the silica taste and I just miss that?

I was thinking to try a really nano coil to insert in readyx 3mm inside hole having a glove wicking
effect... do somebody allready done?
Cheers,Swami.
