I ran dual micros with 2 mm on a Cyclops for 4 months, only pulled because I went away for a month and did not want to risk it.
You have just experienced the tip of the iceberg!
I've run mine for over a month without replacing!

I ran 2mm RXW in protanks for a while. Still have about 6" left after piffing most of it. It just can't sustain my vaping style with negative pressure tanks; 6-10(4-5sec) hits. A hit with every breath.
Would like to try 3mm RXW because the OD is larger but the ID is approx the same. More reserve capacity to hold juice.
If anyone here would like to trade I'd be a happy camper.

Okay I was just about to pull the trigger on the and stepped back for a sek. What size do I won't is one better for an RM2?
Depends on what size coil you want to build. Opinions vary, but for me I use a 1/16 mandrel and 2mm RxW for all my atty's and would not even think of changing.
That's about the same size cool I use. So two mill it is I guess
Excuse me, would you please tell me: what AWG you are using? What is your ohms rating u are using with 2mm ceramic wick? Thanks
R41 wire (it only comes in 27g) wrapped/beaten, 4 times, into submission on a 2mm screwdriver. Duals on an Atomic with 2mm RxW that meters 0.27Ω. Toasty!

Yes that's the size you need. Wet the wick with a little juice and screw it in like a bolt through a nut.
Got my wick today. Anything I should know before I get stated. Any tricks I should know.
I cut the wick at an angle so as to leave a tip that can be pushed into the coil first and then rotate the wick to further advance through the coil.

Think of the coil as a nut and the wick as a bolt. Turn the wick so screws into the coil.
Here's my latest "ugly" coil. I wrap on the 2nd smallest gizmo mandrel, then I run the smallest through the center of the wick after I install it in the coil.

Okay I got this all set up and it tastes burned. I used a 14 gadge saringe . It fits loos might be to loos?
Heat the coil several times before installing wick, I was getting a strange taste until I started doing this, also make sure there are no hot legs. As MH said you want wick snug inside the coil.
