I've looked a bit at the reviews board, but I just want a bunch of recommendations for a good tank. Preferably 808D (I'm getting an adaptor to have around, but my V4L Zeus is 808), something made of glass/Pyrex (since certain juices damage plastic tanks), and something very simple to service. The number of coils/bottom or top feeding doesn't matter much.

Good luck with finding much in the 808. Most companies moved to 510. I know halo does 808, but I think they are all plastic. It'll probably just be best to get an 808 to 510, then you can do anything.
I used to be a 808 fan and was looking for a good way to adapt/convert my cigalike setup when I switched to a standard 650mah ego then progressed from there. I still use mine from time to time but If you're committing to vaping, go for the gusto. check out the various VV batteries and kits. if its feasible, check it out. good luck with the 808 tanks. with enough research you might find what you're looking for. I never did in th 808 class.

I don't think there is a glassomizer for the 808's--only clearos. I found a couple adapters from well known vendors that will allow you to use an ego or 510 on your 808's but I warn you that they will look very odd & definitely won't fit in your 808 carrying box if it is anything like my nice little kit. I use my 808's for stealth vaping at work.

A couple other popular vendors were out of stock on the 808 adapters so it may be time for a new kit. I would go to eGo style batteries myself since those are extremely popular and have threading for both 510 & eGo heads--best of both in one battery. My starter kit was 2 eGo batteries with an iClear 16 on one and an EVOD on the other.
You specified glass so you would be looking for a Protank, Protank Mini, Smoktech Aro, Davide, etc. Double check before you order because the same name is used for both the glass & polycarbonate versions of some tanks. EVOD's are NOT glass but there are some Pyrex tanks that look like big EVODs but those will look even more ridiculous on your 808's. I would suggest the mini Davide or mini Protank if you really are going to put it on an 808.
