The Destroyer? Curly Tiger Redwood with East Indian Rosewood as I think.
Well it is simply beautiful. So is that the body then top/bottom or vis versa? I'm new to wood apv and have been wanting one for a while. I have been looking and I seem to like the curly and quilted types the best. In your opinion would a quilted body and curly top/bottom in those woods look good? or is that even a possible option?
Also is quilted and curly the type of cut sawn with/or against the wood grain?

I may be making only five or six bucks an hour working for myself, but that's just it, I'm working for myself! And I am sure I am going to give myself a pay raise just as soon as I realize what an asset I am to myself!

yea im 29 now, i went to a four year college straight out of high school, had way to much fun for three years before they said "SEE YA" lol then went and got my HVAC and Gasfitters Journeyman in maryland, did that for six years but hated my company, my gf started going to dental hygiene school and i helped her out studying and stuff and realized, i cna do this school thing, so im back and since ive been back ive gotten a 4.0, lol might get my 1st B this semester, but oh well. still doing a lot better than the 1st time around!
I had one course left for bachelors and I left school and never went back again.

Well, the contest is going pretty good, I was hoping people were gonna jump at an excuse to show off their mods, got some pretty cool looking ones posted tonight too.

Yeah but the majority of tube mods can't hold a candle to a hand crafted, exotic wood RSM!

I think high end wood mods will always have their place no matter what comes out of China.
cheap vv tube mods are just a tool, where as highend wood PVs are work of art.
people will always want to own a piece of art.
